I found this little Cafe situated beside the Eagle Thai restaurant at Eagle Heights & thought I would check it out. Well I was pleasantly surprised - I had a Coffee which was very good, plus a rather delicious Carrot Cake. This Cafe is situated end within a two (2) minute walk of the Gallery Walk at Tamborine Mountain and is really worth the short walk.

We ordered a large Margherita with olives and salami, and asked for chilli oil (as being an Italian pizzaiolo we thought they would have it) and sure enough a bottle with chillies marinated in oil came out making our pizza perfect. It was a good Italian pizza, not an Aussie one. The hot chips were rated as excellent by my son too. As with most of the restaurants on the Gallery Walk it was kind of barren. That street doesn't really work well wit lots of lowered restaurants and cafes set back from the street. On a day trip from Burleigh (saying at the fabulous Burleigh Mediterranean Resort (room 701 with a main room & bunk bed room for kids) it topped off a perfect day in the mountains.

We discovered Gaslight after they put up a sign on the main road.We are locals but its a bit hard to find.Decided to give it a try.Fast service and really top class italian.My wife had the ribs and the best fries.Make sure you give them a try its very good.

Restaurant has a lovely ambience. Meals were extremely delicious and tasty. We had garlic pizza, yummy! Veal and chicken Marsala were our mains and we both left food on the plate only because the servings were very generous. Food was definitely flavoursome and nicely presented!!!! A must do place to eat that is frequented by locals. Tuesday night was very busy so that tells you lots about a restaurant.

Dropped in to the Fortitude Brewery for lunch on a Monday. The brewery has a wide selection of beers plus a cheese shop next door. Sadly the stout was not available and after a busy weekend the ingredients for a cheese platter were quite limited. Ginger beer was delicious and we enjoyed the beer sampler. Good range of pizzas. We had the Margarita and it was great. They have live music on weekends so that would be the best time to visit.

Tamborine Mountain Pizza has never failed to produce a pizza for my family that we haven't enjoyed. Every time the kids know that pizza is on for dinner they go nuts and we have 5 Kids who'll tell you just how good there pizza will be.Consistency is key when it comes to food, and these guys have it down pat. So if you find yourself on the mountain, then you can't go wrong.We have been living on Tamborine for 6 years and will only get our pizza's here.Pizza is on the menu tonight 28/12/18
