Hotel recommended a trattoria that was shut (!) So when we could find nowhere a very helpful local showed us this restaurant in a back street. We would never found it in our own and if we had not sure we would have gone in but.....it was brilliant. Great value local place rammed with couples, families and friends on a Sunday night. Good choice of food and drink and excellent service. Food was hot and the drink fresh and chilled. I will go again....

This modern cafe, situated in the Bernasconi Gardens, offers a delightful place for a quiet relaxing breakfast, with great brioche, freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee. This is complemented by charming and friendly service. Worth a visit to see the crushed cars used as centrepieces for the tables.Thank you so much for your review.

found the place via tripadvisor and for sure the best place we visited during the week. well hidden outside of the regular tourist path. mostly locals here. cozy and easygoing atmosphere, beer selection varies very often. nice and friendly staff. would recommend for sure!

Best sandwich Iâve eaten! The choice of different types of ham and salami is impressive; youâre taken through an explanation of each, all of which, they point out, are not available commercially. I had the parma ham on panini, with a local brie-like cheese, and tomatoes. The bread was fresh with just the right crunch. At 5 euros, it was good value as well. There are many reasons to visit Como, and this little sandwich shop is another.

Cooked on an expensive BBQ? I could have given the chefs a lesson here, wait until the flames have died before you put a very poor piece of pork on it. And can the staff please the plates. Personally I would go here (we are staying), have a drink and leave for one of the nice local restaurants nearby. Lovely views but supercilious and expensive nonsense. For me the best place in the small city of Chiasso to eat a unforgettable Pizza or some great Pasta's and to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this Snack Bar!Sometimes you can also find some excellent proposal of Asiatic food.Another northworthy thing is the great Lounge Music selection of the owner, wich create a soft and easy ambience! If you came to Chiasso you've to visit it!!!!
