The food was INCREDIBLE, the staff delightful and very accommodating. It was an unforgettable experience for all of our guests. Karine, the concierge was constantly available to us, Tyler at the front desk was a delight and we fell in love with Etty, our waitress in the restaurant who knew us all by name and made us feel so special. Dianna helped us with the many details. We were able to truly enjoy our friends and family knowing we were in good hands. The Grqnd Beach has hospitality nailed. It is the only place I would stay in Miami! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointing experience
Reviewed By Chickadee200We spent three nights at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. Due to a flight delay, we checked into the hotel at about 11 pm. Upon entering the room, we realized the bathroom sink was clogged and filled with filth from the previous stay. How did it pass housekeeping is beyond me. We called the front desk, and they agreed to send someone to fix it. The handyman came in and worked on it for a while but couldn't fix it. The front desk staff called back and said they would move us to a different room, but we needed to wait because the couch in the other room was broken(?!), and the handyman was fixing it. By now, the time was close to 1 am. We were exhausted, and my little boy fell asleep. We got a call around 2 am that the room was ready. Not wanting to disturb my family, I told the staff that we would move the first thing in the morning. In the morning, I called the front desk, and boy, I got to speak to Alaysya!! She concluded that she had no other room to offer because I "declined" my assigned room last night. She was rude and insisted that we declined the room offered when in reality, the night staff probably forgot to block the reassignment. Instead of owning up to the problem, her behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Alaysya's strategy was to make us responsible for something that was 100% the hotel's fault. It makes me wonder what level of training the staff receive. I insisted I speak to the manager, and thankfully we got the issue resolved later in the day. The manager promised an upgrade, but we didn't get one. We were just happy to get a functional room for the remainder of our stay. We brushed in the shower and tried not to look at the filthy sink until we left the room. Bottom Line: If you are lucky and if everything works well, you probably will have a good stay. If not, be prepared to be shocked.

Reviewed By Adventurer7693756DANIELA TROVATO ELITE 100 055 615 (VIP:111) CUSTOMER DISCRIMINATED FOUR S We were not privileged but oppositely discriminated in your hotel. -When we check in , we asked valet to change the red bottle to a white wine one .. we called several times During more than one hour to finally get a hot one .. -Even we did asked weeks in advance it was impossible to get a good table at the time we wanted in a restaurant that incredibly is IN your hotel. -Monday afternoon I was printing contracts to sign .. every time it took more than one hour for the concierges to get someone to bring them up .. I had to request several times for each of the 3 prints ..and there was every time a new excuse and a new story.. -I did asked you name and email.. several hours after I still couldn’t get it…. Consequently I asked for : -Full refund for our stay to a charity. Or -$ 1000.00 refund and also an excuses letter from you. this letter CC to the four seasons CEO and mentioning ‘Bad service to elite customer’. Best regards and have a good day

Great place right next to the beach!
Reviewed By dvolinskiOverall, amazing property, Vanesa (the manager) was exceptional. Super friendly and she helped us with the check-in process, and it honestly was faster and easier than some hotels I have stayed at in the past. The room was clean, very quiet, we did not hear anyone ever, it was great. The beach is across the street (literally), and it's perfect. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Reviewed By linda bWe spoke to the hotel manager in order to book a room and we paid the deposit for one night as required. We flew to Florida and when we arrived to the airport, `I had several messages that read that our room was cancelled because of insufficient funds!! Our one night refund had gone through and we had received a confirmation the day before and also a welcome note saying that they hope we enjoy our stay. Upon arrival to the hotel we were told that our room was cancelled and that we have no other option!! I started arguing with her and she told me that they have two king size rooms available for double the price we had originally agreed on `9to be more specific $850 and not 400 a night! We had originally booked two queen sized suits. Turned out that they misspelled our name and could not process new payment even though our one night payment went through We asked to see the manager but she kept on backing the other lady and told us that while we were speaking to them the two king size suits were gone!! After being in the air for five hours and unerring for one hour, we took the double bed suite and I told the lady that will post a horrible review, she didn't care!!!! Funny thing is when we swiped our Amex it went right through with no problem!! Unbelievable what a horrible service this hotel provides at the desk. The next day, as we were moving out to another hotel, we were offered a king size suit with balcony to replace the small room we were given, and we opted out by staying there for the rest of the week. The area is really nice around there, with restaurant and Bar Harbor around the corner and we enjoyed our walks to the beach, Hotel is exactly opposite to the Grand Beach Hotel and its beautiful out there. There is also Grand Beach Bay Harbour, about 20 minutes walk away and management is very nice and very helpful, beautiful view, but no beach front, manager on duty is amazingly nice.

Staycation much better than expected
Reviewed By marlinsfan09We live in Miami but booked the hotel to take my 94 year old mother in law for a few days, she decided not to go so we went anyway.....So glad we did! The hotel is a small boutique hotel, very nice, very clean and very relaxing! The room was great, spacious,clean and had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and there is a park in walking distance. I definitely cannot forget the staff, they were wonderful, always smiling and always accommodating! We will definitely be visiting more often!
