I think they get away with it because it’s located close to U of O and one of the few “premium” branded hotels in the area. Maybe it was just a bad housekeeper, but the room felt dated (beds were badly scuffed), the rug was not clean, there was an ant on the table, the table area smelled like old food, the bathroom smelled like urine, there was no shower mat, no lotion, no laundry bags, the tub was clogged (yes, I opened the drain) and the shower head barely worked. Next time I am in the area I will definitely choose a different hotel. Definitely not worth it for over $200. The only positive is that it’s located right off of I-5 so it’s convenient, but there are lots of other hotels off the same exit or close by.

Starbucks and other restaurants around the corner. nothing big to fuss about, except the hotel ad that says price includes BF...but there is really no BF...they just provide some candy bars...so don't depends on the hotel for BF, while booking

unbelievably clean and tidy
Reviewed By debkitsI must preface this by saying we have never stayed at the hotel. My connection to this hotel is the nearby Tesla supercharger. On our trips up and down the Interstate 5 corridor, this supercharger station is a place we frequently charge up because of the number of good restaurants nearby. However, if we aren't eating at a restaurant, this is our "potty stop." Each time I wander into this hotel for the ubiquitous bathroom break, I am incredibly impressed by how clean this hotel is. I mean, REALLY CLEAN! Spotless! Could be in Switzerland clean. Also, the staff is unfailingly polite, not only on my first-time interaction ("where is the restroom") to the times I have seen them interact with people coming in or checking out. If my husband and I ever had a reason to stay in Springfield, we would seriously consider staying here.

The bed was a bit worn and the carpets.The room was clean, with 2 queen beds. Plenty of hot water. I didn’t care for the breakfast. There is an I Hop nearby. Along with coffee places. Easy off and on with i5. The price was good.

The worst ever!
Reviewed By mikeoP5105ROWe arrived on time with a prepaid room that was already taken from our account and upon arrival they had no record of it. Super ditsy woman at front desk that couldn’t think on her feet. I finally left in disgust and due to busy time of year had to get a room at La Quinta for $372 a night. While waiting at motel 6 to try and find my reservation calls were coming in to the front desk that their refrigerators weren’t working and they had no towels! This place is a hot mess!!

This wasn't the best in any way shape or form They offered no leniency on letting us cancel our reservation when the concert event we wanted to attend for my birthday was cancelled. Hotel rooms were scare for event and we took what rooms were left, Budget hotels or the hotels at the bottom tier of a chain are never my choice but the concert was a must for me. It was a non cancellation policy and the Delta strain is causing issues with events. IF WE want to use the room we have to leave our area with low covid numbers and head into an area that is spiking. Again no consideration. It's labor day weekend and hotel rooms are needed so there is no doubt in my mind that they could rent the room since the city is almost sold out on rooms. So for my revised Birthday plans, We're stuck driving 8 hrs to a city that isn't on my bucket list of fun places to go and stay in a room we don't want since the concert is a bust to do who knows what and turn around and come home. READ THE small print. THIS HOTEL HAS an unyielding nasty manger that could care less about people and cares more about the almighty Dollar.

Great Night of Sleep at this Courtyard
Reviewed By TC6012I normally stay at Courtyards when I'm traveling for work so it seemed like a fair bet that staying at this Courtyard would a good choice. We were not disappointed. Check in was pleasant and ended up with a suite upgrade due to my Bonvoy status. The room was a clean, updated room with all the features you expect when traveling now days. Let's not forget a hotels purpose....a good nights sleep. This hotel does that job, its primary job very well. We slept so well, which my experience and the odds were not in our favor. 1st floor room, by the exit near the gym/pool area are my go to reasons for requesting a 2nd floor room off by itself. This room was so quiet, even though the parking area was full and we saw folks coming in during the evening. You are close to downtown Eugene and other locations in the area making it a great location for most activities. I would not hesitate to stay at this Courtyard by Marriott again when in Eugene.

We are a very comfortable and quiet motel, set in a convenient location. We have nice rooms with: pillow top mattresses, heaters and A/C's, flat screen TV's w/premium cable, free wireless internet throughout the motel, a fitness and rec. center, on-site laundry facility, a sauna, a seasonal outdoor pool and year-round hot tub, free continental breakfast, free newspaper, a fridge and microwave in every room, complimentary popcorn, and free onsite notary service. We accept pets for a $25 USD nightly fee per accommodation. The greatest part about our property is we are independent and locally owned offering a unique and personalized experience with a friendly and accommodating staff.

Reviewed By tutanaBeen here twice and the front desk staff and the maids are just wonderful and friendly. This place is central to getting around in Springfield and Eugene. Very quiet at night. Room is large and amenities are great.
