The initial impressions do make you wary. The outside area could best be described as unpretentious but donât be put off by that you are about to discover a little gem. When you sit down outside and look in you see a clean open modern kitchen where the food is cooked and prepared and you are greeted by smiling friendly people. The place is busy and the atmosphere is good. The menu isnât extensive but it is interesting. Our food was well cooked and well presented. The lemon chicken with couscous deserves special mention. The lemon chicken was lovely and subtle unlike many Chinese equivalents, the couscous and almonds was a good combination and the tsatziki was the final piece to a really good dish.The value was also excellent. Itâs only small we were lucky to get a table on walk in maybe advisable to book. If I could rate it 4.5 I would.

Dined here on the evening of 07/11.Highly impressed with the venue in every aspect that it provided from entering to leaving, especially the ambience which was so relaxing and romantic. Every colour and sound provided in the restaurant complimented the really good food and wine, it was almost uncanny how they managed to create such a serene mood to appreciate whilst enjoying their hospitality.Chose to taste 4 half glasses of local wine each and we left the choices to the very able young sommelier who explained the background story of where each bottle had been produced and what we were to expect in taste and flavour from each one. Not being regular wine drinkers, we were slightly apprehensive but we were put at ease with the friendly, unassuming service and thoroughly enjoyed every wine choice put forward to us. He hit the nail on the head with every description of each wine he recommended to us.We chose the tapas platter for two with breads. You receive around seven tapas dishes with a sauce and two types of bread. Everything we ate was of very good quality, really flavoursome and the empty dishes we left behind were a reflection of how much we enjoyed the dining experience. Their take on Canarian potatoes was a dish to behold, simply delicious.We can't recommend this restaurant highly enough: the staff are really professional, the food and wines are divine and once again, the background and ambience are just perfect. Surrounded of Italian and Indian cuisine, we found a good restaurant, good food and betting for a different level of kitchen.We asked for risotto, salmon and beef sirloin, everything yummy and very look like, homemade dessert "quesillo" was so excellent.

We had a wonderful lunch at this tucked away gourmet burger restaurant in the hills above la orotava. It is certainly worth the trip as the selection is varied and unusual. Apart from the plain burger with wedges for my youngest, we had the oishii burger, which blended the succulent patty with American cheese, pickles and a mango ketchup and the other was a Thai inspired burger with wasabi cream cheese and vegetable tempura. All were served with crispy wedges and with drinks for all the bill only came to 22 euros.

Years ago this was a regular haunt of the Tenerife Amigos golf society & then for some reason we left. But 3 visits in the last couple of week puts San Diego back on the regular visit list. Chops, steaks & burgers to die for.....try it , great food super staff, cannot fault itSo happy to see you again. And glad you are enjoying our variety of dishes. Casa Odon is a very popular restaurant among local people. Specialized in champignon mushrooms and meat (great Cordon bleu). Portions are enormous, prices low. Staff is efficient and very friendly. Food is fresh and very good. A good place to take your whole family or your friends.

This restaurant seems popular with local tourists but really did not hit the right buttons for me. It is, however, the only restaurant within walking distance of a large number of holiday apartments and villas. The main dining room looked good fun but we were placed in an annex alone initially. Whilst perhaps it could be described as romantic, overlooking gardens, it was also rather cool with no heating although blankets were provided. The menu is extensive and the staff will show you the fish of the day. We did not have a starter but a type of duck dripping was supplied with bread which was not to my taste. Pork escalope was well cooked and served with fried potatoes and a selection of vegetables which were limp having been overcooked. Dessert of cheesecake was laborious and not memorable. We had a bottle of local wine for â¬15 which was good and earthy. The staff were efficient with at least one speaking English although most of the guests were German. The portions here are very large so be careful how you order. Overall I found it did not meet my expectations and the bill of â¬65 for 2 (without service) is at the top of the range for the local area.
