Raved to our friends about the food based on previous experience. What a disappointment this time. The food and service were lacklustre. Unfriendly waitress, and the banquet appeared to be all precooked and reheated. Even the normally crisp Asian vegetables were a sloppy mess. Wonât be back!

Despite trying several other competitors, we always return to Mingâs Court for Chinese food - dine in or takeaway. The quality, flavour and portion size are always very consistent. Dining in is a pleasurable experience - the restaurant has good ambience and the staff exceedingly friendly. As the old saying goes.....Weâve tried the rest now try the best....

We have eaten here at the House Of Jade many times. The ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant is fantastic...white table cloths and all. The owner Alvin and his staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is great especially the Seafood Basket full of fresh seafood in a crunchy noodle basket you can eat. The sizzling steak is also one of my favourites along with the honey chilli chicken. Drink prices along with the food prices are good. Tae away menu also available....worth the visit

Disregard negative feedback for this place from Jan to April, the previous owners were very aged and good quality and taste had become cheap. New young owners have recently taken over and revamped the menu and flavours, the food is far more like what I experienced in my travels through Asia and less 'sauce' based. The new chef is friendly and funny albeit English is a little rusty, always fast to apologise for any problem or delay.Please retry this place and its new menu. Especially if you like more traditional flavours and spice. Sam
