The missus is a Thai food fanatic and while staying in mount gambier, she wanted to see what Thai food was like in the country. We tried 2 places but this was easily the best of the 2. The food was fantastic with unbeatable taste but my favourite part was the the front of house madam was so friendly and nice. She was the owner but she just passed it down to her manager while she works on her new establishment in millicent. I can't wait to try that place too. If you aren't too keen on a snitty or a steak while in mount gambier, then give this place ago. You won't regret it.

Visited this restaurant the other night with some friends. The restaurant shares the same building as the hotel but is a separately run business. The first thing to note is that it is licensed but does not have drinks on tap however has a very extensive wine, beer and non alcoholic drink list. The lady who served our table was the joint owner. She was friendly and very helpful. The Asian food was outstanding. Lots of distinctive flavours Was better quality than a number of Asian restaurants I have eaten in around Australia. The menu was extensive and very reasonably priced. The decor was charming. Donât be put off by the entry door which they share with the hotel. Comfortable seating. They do take away. We will be back next time we visit Millicent.

Should have trusted our instincts, if a restaurant looks dodgy it is likely to be dodgy.......dining room hygiene was questionable as was the waiter come chef dressed in ugg boots. From our group of four, two had a bad case of food poisoning within 2 hours of leaving which lasted for over 24 hours. Millicent council health inspectors should pay this restaurant a visit ASAP as it is huge public health risk.......do yourself a big favour and DO NOT visit this restaurant.
