Situated in the centre of the "Golden Triangle" of the Black Perigord, nearby the most touristic sites in France (Lascaux, Padirac, Sarlat, Rocamadour, ...), the Masrougier covers about 8 hectares of meadows and forests. Far from the roads and located in the middle of nature, a heated swimming pool (May to September) 12 x 6 m and a jacuzzi with a spectacular view over the Dordogne countryside are waiting to relax you from your daily visits. Billiards, ping pong, table top football and a pétanque terrain are at your disposal. You will also charming landscaped areas where you can relax and enjoy the quiet of the countryside. 5 bedrooms, thereof one double room for 4/5 persons, each decorated in a different theme are available. Each bedroom of 20 m² (double room 50m²) with separate entrance is equipped with double bed or separate beds, a bathroom with shower (towels provided, hair dryer), separate toilet, a flat screen TV and a wireless LAN connection.

Reviewed By Marjolijn Wle masrougier is a beautiful hidden gem in the Perigordian landscape. The rooms are spacious and very neat. The breakfast very extensive. The owner cooks delicious meals in the evenings. In other words, a place that you must visit during your trip in the Perigord

Nieudegat Gites are located near to Sarlat-la-Caneda in the quiet village of Simeyrols and comprise 6 modern Perigordine style apartments (gites)in a block with terrace overlooking own field, woods and beyond. Free parking. 12M x 6m swimming pool with terrace open May to end September. Offering a peaceful haven to relax and unwind/re-charge. Free Wi-fi if you must stay connected. Close enough to all major tourist attractions of the Dordogne and Lot region. 6Km from river Dordogne and cycle path. Many beautiful walking and cycling routes from our door. Secure storage for cycles, canoes, golf clubs, motorbikes.

Reviewed By Maria_KalashnikovaIt was our first visit to France, and we enjoyed our trip so much because of such hartley people as Olwen and Mike. They are were very nice and friendly. Interesting people and excellent hosts. They responded very quickly and gave us useful recommendations how to get to their place. The apartment in their summer house (gites) is very clean and comfortable. We found there everything we needed, and felt ourselves as at home. The house itself neighbours the forest. The best choice for the travellers from the big city as we are. You listen to the bird singing in the morning, and look at the stars at night and breath the fresh air, of course. It's very easy and fast (30 minute ride) to get to the attractions of Dordogne valley from Nieudegat Gites. The views are amazing. And we'll never forget the picturesque landscapes of Perigord and our kind and hospitable hosts. We would like to visit Nieudegat Gites again for sure. Thank you so much, Olwen and Mike. Reviewed By Dominique BBelle découverte que ce gîte. Une semaine de vacances trop courte dans ce lieu paradisiaque où nous avons été très bien reçus. Hôtes au top ! Nous avons pu découvrir cette magnifique région avec un point de chute superbe !

Reviewed By philaucamC’est un jardin extraordinaire. C’est la cinquième fois que nous venons. A chaque fois, Pascale a amélioré le lieu. Enfin en y ajoutant quelque chose de plus (c’était très bien dès la première fois). En retrait avec une vue sur le Périgord noir à couper le souffle, piscine, clim, ... Mais surtout une hôtesse de très grande qualité qui accueil très bien et donne beaucoup. Chut ! Laissez le lieu au calme si vous voulez un vrai lieu de vacances.
