Nice hotel, nice location, bad parking
Reviewed By EEpotterThe hotel was overall nice. Very standard Hampton Inn experience, so if that's what you're looking for, you won't be disappointed. My room had a slightly musty smell; not overpowering but definitely there. My biggest gripe with the hotel is the parking, which is $8/night over the room rate. There is a row of very narrow parking spaces in front of the hotel, but it's definitely not enough spaces so if you get there after 5pm or so, you have to park somewhere else. There are 4 spaces with electric vehicle chargers, but those were taken by non-EVs every night I stayed there, probably because there aren't enough spots otherwise. Overnight I generally need to upload a lot of files and was happy with the performance of the free-tier internet; it was faster than most places I go.

The last time I was here I was here for several weeks and Ashley gave me some bonus points because of the amount of time I had been here. That really touched my heart in so many ways. I honestly will continue to give my business to this hotel as long as Ashley is the manager. Ashley I really do appreciate you very much and I do mean that. Your kindness and your professionalism is above and beyond. You definitely are recognized for what you do and how you treat your guest. I have spent several thousands of dollars coming to this hotel and I will spend several more as long as the excellent customer service continues. Ashley you are an Angel. Reviewed By Adventure659588Stay here! The Pad is amazing! This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I will definitely be back. The first time I stayed in a micro room and the second in the female dorm. Both were great. The owners have done a fantastic job creating a well designed, affordable, fun place to stay in Summit County! Everything was super clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great. All of the above plus a hot tub, bar, yoga and other events make this place a must stay!

Great hotel just outside of Breckenridge.
Reviewed By amoreno0828The parking and check-in were easy enough. There is a restaurant inside for easy access that will deliver to the room. They have a nice pantry and complimentary coffee in the lobby. It’s in a great location, walking distance to other restaurants and a gas station if you wanted some late night snacks. Pet friendly, and super nice to our pup. The room was very nice and loved the shower! There is construction next to the hotel so we were woken up fairly early, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

Reviewed By mwfriederichsRoom was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to room from end stairs. Indoor hot tub was nice, good temperature. Rooms and public areas were well maintained and appeared recently updated. Check in/out was easy, and staff friendly. Complimentary breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Shower water pressure not great, but sufficient. Dish TV sometimes took a few tries to get connected. Snow removal in parking lot and sidewalks was quick and efficient.

Nice place to stay although it is dated
Reviewed By dharmabeanNice place to stay although it is dated i’ve already said what I had to say the first part of the survey. So now I’m just filling in the rest of these words. Customer service was really good. The rooms could’ve been a bit more clean but they were pretty good. The property has not been updated recently and that’s fine with me I have no issue with that. Andrew was excellent at providing customer service. I love that the dogs are invited. I don’t understand why there’s a microwave in the room but no refrigerator put stuff in that you may wanna microwave and no coffee maker?

Good central location for the ski resorts - AMAZING VIEWS
Reviewed By dwojewWe stayed in a unit on the southern side of the AB building, and it was hands down the best view I have every had at a rental, with sweeping views of Dilon Lake and the surrounding mountains in the distance. The unit itself was relatively modern with comfortable furniture and all of the appliances you would need. The twin beds were pretty uncomfortable, but the queen bed was fine. The AB building required a 3-4 minute walk outside to get to the shared pool, hot tub, and sauna, but it wasn't too bad for us. The roads and parking lot were cleared about average during the snowfalls. The booking process and check in with the management company was very easy. I would definitely recommend this property!
