One of the best fish disches ever!The restaurant was filled with "locals" and we was lucky to already have reserved a table. The service was quick and attendive but was unable to speak english, still I dont find this a bigger problem. We had cod filled with airdried ham and mustadsauce. I´ve been travelling a lot and have had many meals in many countries in my life, but this meal was truely one of the best ever! A slight drawback was the unexisitng wine list. We had a bottle of wine and it was good but I would appreciate a wine list to be able to make a even better choice of wine. Still Germany is a great country for white wines.

We were three and wanted small snacks for lunch on the outside terrace. Took a while before someone came to take the orders. They use some fancy terminology in their menu that the service was unable to explain to us. Took pretty long to get the simple food to us. The food was ok at best. To get the check and pay we contacted/ were contacted by at least three people.In summary, enjoy the place, having a coffee and eat elsewhere.

Für einen kurzen Stopp absolut empfehlenswert. Wenig Plätze in aussenbereich. Dann einfach drinnen warten und Bescheid sagen, dass man gerne den nächsten freien Tisch drauÃen möchte. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung und alles nett angerichtet. Super Lage und Ausblick.

Cafeteria style with different stations for different kinds of orders -- cold sandwiches, cooked food, drinks. You get exactly what you order. The sandwiches are pre-made, so you get what comes. Lots of tables and benches so it is good for families. Good for a quick meal or snack.

Heute mittag haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Einmal ein Fisch Spieà und einen Dorsch in Bierteig. Beides mit Speck Kartoffelsalat. Kurz gesagt: alles ist auf das Wesentliche konzentriert und das ist gut so. Exzellentes essen, geschmacklich erste Sahne. So muss es sein. Ich brauche keinen Schnickschnack, nur gutes Essen!

Came here for a beer & cofee and was positively surprised. Very cosy and world class exteriour - very modern. Everything you can can ask regarding a modern cafe - we will be happy to come again. Nice place to chill out if you are part of a group.

Tiny family run restaurant. Reservations essential. We had seats against the wall near the door and could watch all the action including the cook (husband) preparing each dish. Many guests were family friends. One group brought a present. Another guest asked the cook to greet his mother. The only front staff was the wife who took orders, filled drinks and served. The daughter came out to put final touches to dishes, serve, and wash glasses. Perfect food. Simple in reasonable portions. One of the few times we ate 3 courses each, just because it was so good.

The food was really good and as everywhere else in Germany the portions are huge. We had fish and we were both satisfied. They also offer some wine by glass and half bottle. Friendly staff and I can definitely go back to this restaurant.

We had a very enjoyable evening at this place. The owner welcomed us and took the orders and we found out, that this man is full of humor and we had a lot of fun whilst ordering. We were a party of six and all of us were full of praise regarding the quality of the meals the presentation. The wine list states some recommendable names and the prices asked for, be that glass or bottle, are very acceptable.
