Reviewed By patsutsayWe were looking forward to stay here because it is one of the popular hotel in the area. The rooms are quite pricey, almost same level of some hotels in Manila. However I am quite disappointed because I feel like the price is not justified with the facilities. The room itself is quite old. Good thing the bed was very nice. The wifi sucked, the wifi at nearby motel is actually better than here. The buffet breakfast is very nice though, with decent choices. There was a water dispenser in the floor but during our stay it was not refilled. The personnel are very polite. Not sure if we will stay here again.

All varieties of food are so delicious. The food is one of the reasons why the stay in Seda Hotel is worth (all of us in the team are food lovers). Service is not quite good though. Overall experience with Seda Hotel Nuvali is excellent.

Room just undergone renovation and was clean. Location of the hotel is along the highway thus easy to get a ride.

If you want affordable and clean hotel just go for SOGO Hotel. It was a big mistake when we booked it through Agoda. The only reason why we’ve picked this hotel is that it’s the nearest affordable hotel from Enchanted Kingdom that we’ve found in Agoda. The only good thing in this hotel is that it’s only 1200 pesos for 24hrs. If you still want to book this hotel, not in Agoda because you can have it for only 1100 pesos as walk in guests. ?Dirty Lines. They didn’t change the bedsheet even the pillowcases. We’ve found stains. ?Smelly mattress and pillows. You can still smell the odors of the previous guests who used those pillows. ?No toiletries (Bring your own). They gave us only one old towel. No slippers. ?Dirty floor and toilet. We’ve found cockroaches and hairs all over the bedroom floor and in the toilet. ?Noisy hallway. There was a man who were shouting. Not sure if it was a guest or a hotel staff. ?Old school television. Old AC unit. ?Dirty walls and ceilings (both bedroom and toilet). We’ve found gum sticked on the wall. The worst budget hotel ever.
