Hibiscus Coffee and Guesthouse

We are a clean and laid back bed and breakfast, located in Grayton Beach. We have 3 buildings offering 13 unique accommodations. All include AC, mini-fridge or better, private bath, coffee pot, satellite TV, beach towels and breakfast in the café. Our smallest room is the Magnolia. It's pretty cozy and has a shower (no tub), but it does have a queen-sized bed to sleep in. Like other rooms in the Café Building, it is decorated in a Florida beach house style. Our largest accommodations are the Flats (think Florida condo). All feature a full king-room, kitchen, washer/dryer, large flat screen and a fold out sofa in the living room. The upstairs flats have private balconies. Bert's Barn, one of the oldest buildings in town, has a warm, eclectic, old Florida feel. Rooms include the Tropical Bird and Romance upstairs which are adjoined by a kitchen and work well together as a suite. We also have the ADA compliant room called the Big easy. In addition, three of our accommodations are pet friendly. Fun fact, the Bert's Barn was built in 1904 and transplanted from down the street.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I had a wonderful two night stay in the Woodpecker Cottage. It was a cozy and comfortable room. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy. The guesthouse is a quick walk from the beach and there are several excellent state parks an easy drive away. We both highly recommend staying here.

Seagrove Guest House

A beautiful Victorian home located just steps from the emerald green waters and pristine sugar white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. There are five guest rooms, (4) with queen size beds and (1) King, full baths and cable television. Lisbeths Bed and Breakfast by the Sea is located one mile east of the town of Seaside. There are plenty of shops and antique stores in the area to arouse ones curiosity. Some of the finest restaurants in the state of Florida are located within five miles of the Inn.

we had a great stay. view was great. saw dolphins from the balcony nearly everyday. our main complaint is that people are allowed to smoke on their balconies and at the pool. smoke was constantly drifting up to our balcony from below. the new wifi system was screaming fast!
