We went to the recently opened Revival Restaurant on Main Street in East Greenwich and had an amazing meal! Everything - soup, salad, main dishes, desserts & drinks were beyond delicious, and our server, Karen, was super friendly & knowledgeable and provided an awesome dining experience! Three of the four of us are eating plant-based diets but were able to find great menu selections. This will definitely become a regular dining experience!

Stumbled upon this place while biking with wife on bikepath and in area. One of few really waterside places in the state in a casual atmosphere with good food, we were pleasantly surprised. Not usually in this area but would definitely return. For those cyclists, location is about 1/2 mile s of end of bikepath in Bristol.

The setting, the view, that's all terrific. The food was very good, not great. A couple of things left me less than excited as this was my first visit there. First, we were offered a table "on the covered terrace". The fact that it was immediately next to the bar as well as a table of ten was not mentioned. It was very noisy. Yes, I and the rest of our party are no longer young and therefore find the noise level more objectionable than we would have many years ago. However, the lovely young lady at the reception podium should have, I believe, been conscious of those factors. Anyhow, we survived and I was having images of a nice baked two pound lobster like the one we get at Bay Point in Quincy --- also with a nice water setting. BUT, when I asked about it I found out the lobster was a 1 1/4 pounder I lost interest. I think they call them chicken lobsters, but whatever it is called I would call that size totally inadequate. Oh, and the very nice hot rolls didn't reach us until almost when our dinners came out. So, pluses and minuses, but I doubt that I would take the hours ride it was for us again.Hi Murray300,Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear your visit did not exceed expectations. We wish we were made aware of the noise level at your table and would have done everything we could to relocate you to a quieter part of the restaurant. Our baked stuffed lobster is one of our most popular dishes and we hope you will join us again in the future and give it a try. I'm confident you will not be disappointed. Saturday evening dinner on the deck, nice atmosphere with a view. Our server Polly seemed to be a little overwhelmed and had a little difficulty handling her tables. Cocktails - Served in a timely manor, just okay because the red wine had either fruit or drain flies in it.Appetizer - Ordered the smelts fo the table, perfectly done and tasty.Main Meal - Fish overcooked, side of green beans came out cold and looked as shriveled as a 90 year old lady in a bathtub. Ordered fried clams because Polly stated there were a lot on an order; informed her didnt want the fires so could I have the spinach instead, she replied yes but there is an up-charge (wait for it). Order of fried clams come minus the fries as ordered and (ARE YOU KIDDING ME) 12 fried clams on the small size ($24.00!!) it gets better. The other plates ordered sweet potatoes for their side and they get a small sweet potato cut in half. This is where it gets better, bill comes and I see the up-charge for the spinach that was literally the size of two table spoons. (it was good though) $4.50!!! thats not an up-charge thats full price on the menu. I minus the fries and they still charge me full price.Table next to us ordered the steamed little necks and they sent them back because they "didn't taste or smell well" and no manger ever came to the table to check why. I am going to blame that on the waitress probably never told anyone.overall, everyone can have a bad night so I would probably try again but it wouldn't be for a long time. And I would not order an up-charge!Hi Fred,We are always looking to improve and thank you sincerely for your feedback. You are absolutely correct that our service was a little overwhelmed that evening - it was one of our first busy nights of the summer season and we had several newer servers working. It takes a little time for them to adjust and they will surely improve even within a week’s time. Please come back and try us again - we have a stellar reputation with the local community for consistently excellent food and great service. The food the table sent back next to you was the only food I had to comp the entire night - it is actually an extreme rarity at our restaurant! Our ingredients are always fresh and locally sourced, and we pride ourselves on this. We also understand that we cannot please everyone, and when that happens we will do what we can to make things right and have the customer leave happy! Let us know what we can do next time to earn your 5-bubble review. Mandy DionDining Room & Beverage [email protected](401) 253-2884

We had lobster rolls, broiled whole lobster, and a couple crab cakes, New England style. The whole lobster 1.5 lb. was $50.00 vs the lobster rolls $24. It was all delicious with great choices of side dishes including fresh asparagus, baked potatoes, coleslaw and my favorite roasted spinach. Cocktails were well made and top $$. Beautiful waterfront location.Thank you for the review - We hope to see you back this Summer to enjoy one of the BEST views in Bristol on our outdoor patio!

We sat at the bar, as we usually do, and our seats were next to the door to the outside patio. The door banged INCESSANTLY because the staff goes in and out of the door to service the guests on the patio. The door doesn't close quietly - it bangs every single time. And, the staff can't be expected to close the door, they need to let it simply close behind them. So something should be done to soften the close - there are several high tops right there as well as several bar seats. I assume it also disturbs guests on the patio but probably not as much. Also, we miss the blue corn bread sticks - they're better than the yellow corn. Other than that, we love the menu because of its variety, creativity, and wonderful preparations.Thank you for your feed back we love to hear different views on our restaurant so we can grow as a whole. We have fixed our door so when it closes it no longer slams shut. Thank you!

We had dinner at Christian's on July 3rd. It was our second visit there and both of them have been extraordinary. The food, the wine and the desserts were absolutely top notch. The staff was excellent also. There was a young lady at the front door who appeared to be handling all the reservations, but whenever she was not busy she would come by and fill our water, take our plates when we were done and she even checked with us to make sure we were happy with our meals. She was not a waitress but she was keeping an eye on the front door and all the customers at the same time. All the staff seemed to take an interest in all the customers not just the ones they were serving. The young lady at the front was just that much more noticeable because she wasn't one of the waitrons. It is not very often you see a place where the staff is seamless and works as one. It is a very well run restaurant. Everything was exquisite and we will be back, hopefully soon!!

We had a beautiful corner table overlooking the water and outside deck. The service staff was friendly, fast and efficient. We shared a shrimp cocktail appetizer and the shrimp were so big that it took two bites to eat them. We both had the grilled swordfish and it was cooked to perfection and seasoned with pepper and lemon. The orders came with a good-sized salad, choice of starch and choice of veggies. The fresh bread was served with a nice, seasoned oil. We were too full to order dessert but the menu looked very inviting. Their wine list was surprisingly varied and reasonably priced. The wait staff found that perfect mix of checking on us a few times, but not to the point of distraction or annoyance. Cristina was our waitress and she did a great job! I would definitely eat here again!
