Even though not with a view over the river, this restaurant offers honest and good food for a very decent price. The outside covered terras actually is a nice change compared to the river views. We were expecting that the place would not be very busy, but in fact the place was full, so the reservation was a good choice. The staff is very friendly and very much involved in ensuring everything is OK. We had the chicken with cheese and the roast beef with spatzle. Both dishes were very rich & tasty. Honest good food for good prices.

Wir haben uns spontan für Anke´s Weinbistro entschieden. Leider gab es nur zwei Kuchen zur Auswahl. Wir haben uns dann doch für etwas Warmes entschieden. Die Flammkuchen waren sehr gut. Freundlicher Service. Nur die Wartezeit könnte etwas kürzer sein. Preis-Leistung passt.

With an "award winning" but very down to earth chef, Johannes, the food at Restaurant Zum Lenze Hennes is excellent and always interesting and of best quality!We enjoyed our Wiener Schnitzel - real one from veal - and Rumpsteak both with superb side dishes.Do leave room for a desert!!With Pils and Wiezenbier on draft and a range of Lenz and local wines to accompany the meal, this is THE place to eat in the area!!

The sign outside our apartment pointed down to the river and this restaurant. Its along the front facing the river in the caravan area, look for the menu boards on the river bank.We ate there twice, once outside and once inside, the two meals we enjoyed were the best we had in our week in Germany. Whilst many of the menu items were Pork, as they seem to be in the area, there was also a good choice of other dishes.Hopefully we will return to Bullay next year, a visit or two to the Stube will be a welcome part of our stay.

On a recent holiday in Ediger, we visited this restaurant, as it was recommended on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. The weather was lovely and we sat outside on the terrace. It was busy, but staff were very attentive, and there was a nice friendly atmosphere. I had smoked trout, which was delicious and the others had pork steaks, which were really tender and tasty. We enjoyed it so much that we went back twice. The second time, there was no room on the terrace so we sat downstairs in the cellar, but that was a nice experience too. You need to book a table on the terrace, or go early.

We were recommended to this restaurant when we arrived in Alf between the lunch and dinner hours, and between seasons, when many places to eat and drink were closed for their holidays or redecoration. The chef actually opened up the terrace and bar, served us drinks and cooked excellent food! The manageress came to chat and actually served us, dressed in a traditional costume. The garden was an oasis of peace on a very warm spring day. We enjoyed good cold beer, with a big plate of pork medallions and pfifferlinge mushrooms in a sauce, accompanied by 'granny's special potato salad', and an excellent schnitzel with Bratkartoffel and a salad. Not the cheapest, but for quality, atmosphere and hospitality a winner. You might even catch sight of a sparrowhawk nesting in a pinetree in the garden...

We fancied a change and joined the barbecue at Springiersbacher Hof. Not quite sure of how it would work (and not having the German linguistic skills to work it out) but our friendly hosts explained you selected your salads then the meat chosen was taken to the barbeque and cooked for you. The marinated meat was delicious and not burnt to a crisp as can so often happen with barbecued food. There was plenty of variety with the salads and it was okay to return to the salad bar as often as you wanted. Lovely atmosphere, great wine list from their own winery. It was not expensive and we weren't rushed away after our meal, we were told that the table was ours for the evening. Finished off with a local gin made on the premises, excellent evening with very friendly staff who made us feel really welcome.

An average place on the Mosel River. We had a light lunch there recently. The food did not come on a timely basis. The servers were friendly enough. The salad we ordered had way too much dressing. The FederweiÃer wasn't very tasty either. It is a nice room and ambience. Given the competition this is an average place that could do better.

The most formal restaurant that we ate in in Puenderich. The food was good if a little pricey and not particularly original, and the setting is attractive. It was let down by slow and slightly unfriendly service by young girls who didn't seem to have been trained well.Guten Abend, wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt in unserem Haus nicht vollkommen zufrieden waren. We keep coming back to this restaurant now for three years and keep being delighted. Every time there are new interesting dishes on the menu, as well as new wines to discover. Particularly delicious this time was the dry aged beef and the "Maibock" sous vide on asparagus.
