Food is decent and varied, you will see that there's an effort to cook it nicely, tastes nice as well.The toilet flush had a problem but staff were responsive to my needs, can't complain. Friendly staff!

The New Manila Suites is not as glitzy as they are, but it is equal or better than they were in terms of comfort, cleanliness, features, up to date rooms, quiet, and guest-oriented service. VERY important: super careful about covid19. Currently, due to covid19, no food is served, but there are many nearby restaurants. Although this hotel is more than twice as expensive as the hotel in which we've previously stayed whenever we were in Manila (now closed), we will stay here in all our future trips. Added to everything else, GREAT value. Reserve well in advance: only six rooms. Finally, THANK YOU owner, manager and staff for a wonderful stay in these difficult times.

Reviewed By Rolando Boyet PStaff offers excellent service during my 16 days of stay. Location is perfect...a few minutes walk to araneta center. You can easily catch your ride as soon you step outside, be it northbound or southbound trips. Bus terminals for provincial trips are within walking distance. Not a 5 star entity but you get more than what you paid for. Needs a little variety on free breakfast serve, but should be alright for short stay.

Reviewed By KimeeedoraMy partner and I stayed for a night in Sogo last Sunday. Front desk staff is not that approachable. Unlike the staff that we've bump onto the elevator, which I think are from the housekeeping department, they are all smiling and always greeting guests whenever they are seeing one. But overall, our stay was good. Foods that we've ordered for breakfast was a five for me!
