Excellent and reasonable
Reviewed By pantodame1This hostal is in the settlement below the ancient village of Medinaceli but just a short car ride away. It is clean, quiet and very reasonable - 50€ per night for a couple and 35€ for a single. Dogs go free. There is a good restaurant across the road and to the left for breakfast. But for best restaurants visit the old village.

Terrible experience
Reviewed By popcalentWe made the reservation online at about 11:30pm. We arrived about an hour later. Nobody was there. I called to their phone, and when they replied, they seemed surprised that someone had a reservation at 12:30am. They told me they'd meet us at the entrance in a moment, so we unloaded the car, and we waited in front of the main door while raining and freezing outside. They called 10 minutes later and told us they couldn't make it and that we found another place to stay for the night. They said they won't check anybody in after 11pm. This is unacceptable! Of they don't, why do they even have the option on their website or any travel website where they announce? Avoid at all costs! If they didn't have any problem leaving us without lodging at 12:30pm who knows what they're capable of to their customers.

Una noche para once personas.
Reviewed By Javier AEl lugar es sensacional, estuvimos como en casa. Muchas facilidades para el alquiler, tanto para reservar como para pagar. Todo limpio y nuevo (excepto la vitrocerámica, que no funciona, pero eso ya nos lo había advertido el dueño). Las habitaciones son preciosas y las camas comodísimas. El lugar es tranquilo, sin apenas ruidos. Como teníamos ocupado completamente el hostal por nosotros, desayunamos comimos y cenamos en la cocina que tiene como zona común, perfectamente equipada. En resumen, fuimos un grupo de once personas para pasar un fin de semana en Ólvega y la elección de este hostal fue un gran acierto. Muy muy recomendable.

Genial fin de semana
Reviewed By Ignacio RPasamos el fin de semana 23-25 agosto 2019 en el albergue de tierras altas. Nosotros con los tres niños ( mellizos de 3 años y un pequeño de 2). Nos pusieron una habitación para nosotros solos, con baño propio también. Todo muy limpio, habitación, baño, cocina y zona común. Los desayunos muy buenos y generosos, fruta, jamón serrano, mermelada, pan tostado, mantequilla, café y/o infusiones. muy recomendable. Nos explicaron perfectamente las mejores excursiones de la zona para ir con niños y acertaron porque lo pasamos muy bien. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para un fin de semana con niños en el campo. Las maquetas de dinosaurios a tamaño natural les dejan asombrados.
