La Línea de la Concepción (Spanish pronunciation: [la ˈlinea ðe la konθepˈθjon], more often referred to as La Línea) is a town in Spain, in the province of Cádiz in Andalucia. It lies on the eastern isthmus of the Bay of Gibraltar, north of the Gibraltar–Spain border, which lies north of the British overseas territory of Gibraltar, with which it has close economic and social links. It is situated on the sandy isthmus which unites the Rock of Gibraltar with the coast in the eastern flank of the Bay of Gibraltar, between Sierra Carbonera and the Rock of Gibraltar.

We got here at 8pm opening que was about 10 ppl Got in , eats pork and chips , chicken and baked spud which tasted amazing. I loved the green pesto garlic sauce on all my meats . 8.50pm and 3 beers later full up , and cost an amazing 18e which we thought was a bargain . Nice gaff , staff excellent, food meat excellent , price amazing Tops

We were surprised by the centre of La Linea. Very lively area with pleasant squares and a big range of restaurants. We chose this one because of a TripAdvisor recommendation and we were not disappointed. We had tapas of stuffed eggplant, baked cheese, an âoh so tenderâ brochette and a small empanada. The empanada was small and deep fried so I probably wouldnât pick that again, but the others were all filling, delicious and very cheap. Their meat platters looked amazing too.

Ok... great steaks! (all served with chips or roast potatoes) Amazing Rioja (good wine list!)... but the best was the Chaja tarts!!!!! Best thing Iâve eaten in my life :-) great service, lovely restaurant.... highly recommend!!!! A gem in the den of La Linea!

Booked this restaurant for a party of 30 having previously attended last year in a group of 4. Even though we booked well in advance I don't think they were prepared for a such a large group. The Empanada and Provoleta were as expected very tasty and a good beginning but the meat feast that followed was not as we had previously experienced, they lacked variety and were in general very poor cuts of meat and not as advertised on the menu. The Chicken was totally absent. I'm guessing the size of the group was the main problem but I can only judge on what I saw on the night. A little bit disappointing really.

A must do on a Sunday.They have roasted pig, lamb, chicken and a long etc. All cooked in their wood oven! Always a good place to eat as they have a variety of fresh food available on a daily basis. Friendly staff. Great place. Highly recommended.
