Reviewed By MK_Like_EgyptThe hotel location is excellent almost close to most of attractions, it covers parking as well. Staff are helpful, suite was good and clean. I didn't like getting last floor suite without elevator, that was hard especially for old people. Breakfast was good but can be better.

Reviewed By 101vadimaПровел два дня , номер 308 ( 12-13 де.2021). "Балкон" 1.5 кв.м. , с видом на какую-то помойку ( это и есть "вид на город")! В номере - НИЧЕГО , кроме одного полотенца !! Эти жлобы даже рулон туалетной бумаги не положили ! Ни шампуни , ни мыла ВООБЩЕ !! "Ресторан" хуже советского общепита , ни вилок , ни салфеток !! Полное убожество !!!

Reviewed By ahmedfQ9955HTللاسف الخدمة سيئة مقابل الاسعار تكييف الغرفة سئ للغاية و بيعمل صوت مزعج جدا و محتاج صيانة كذلك الحمام و البانيو و يوجد حشرات طائرة داخل الغرفة و الفوط اللى موجودة مركونة بقالها فترة مش بتتغير قبل دخول النزيل الغرفة لان باين من ريحتها مفيش سليبر للحمام و الارضية مع المياة بتزحلق لدرجة انى وقعت بسببها .

Reviewed By oelkadi-2021Sehr saubere Anlage. Die Junior-Suite ist mit einer Küche ausgestattet, und die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer sind beide klimatisiert. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück wird ins Zimmer geliefert. Es gibt drei Menüs zur Auswahl.

Reviewed By MIG21Pros : Great location Great views Clean rooms Helpful enough staff Free parking Cons : No a single staff member wore a mask Bar has limited selection of drinks Breakfast has no meat options whether hot or cold WiFi was kinda slow Despite all the cons.. I will keep coming back cuz I love the views and I have a lot of memories here but the place is nowhere near how it was as a sonesta Portsaid is a lovely small town for a one night chill especially in winter

Reviewed By yevgenm2015Шумное грязное место! На ресепшене сразу нахамили и вели себя по жлобски. На завтраки лучше вообще не ходить что бы не портить утро. Всё прокуренно, старое и ушатанное. Свих денег вообще не стоит. Если хотите кому-то испортить поездку, обязательно советуйте это место

Reviewed By GeviniAs the external temperature was about 8 degrees (and the room temp about the same) I decide to use the air con in order to warm the room. Unfortunately the air con was producing only cold air with high noise. In mean time the doors and window's air and noise insulation was terrible with conclusion to sleep dressed with all my clothes on. The bed was single, wooden and very old, the mattress smaller than the bed (you could see the wooden boards and there were not any towels and soap in the bathroom. The men that carried on our luggage ( two small cabin luggage) insisted for "baxis".
