Reviewed By sarah197832The Montelin studios are good if you want a more quiet, less hustle-bustle type of holiday. There is no reception here and if you needed assistance the Villa Concha across the road is where you would need to go. We were able to use the Villa Concha facilities, but we only did this once, as it was very busy. Sunbeds were hard to come by even with the "no towels" rule. I needed a ground floor apartment and as a family of 3 the actual room served us well. Perfect for what we wanted and it had everything one needed for a stay. Here is one of the but's.... We were in room 106 - it had zero privacy. Zero. We had to keep our curtain closed at all times because to the right of us were two more rooms in which the people staying in had no choice but to walk past our door each time they needed to leave. It was a real downer to be honest. Another but was the pool. It was poor. Too deep. Not big enough and frankly in need of a rethink. Only 2 people could use it at a time it was so small and impractical. We booked on a B&B basis and the breakfasts at the Villa Concha were lovely. Something for everyone. It gets very busy after 9am though! Our apartment at the Montelin was cleaned daily and towels replaced daily too.I do think some towels needed to be thrown away though as they were sometimes stained. The cleaner was friendly and efficient. The location was spot on. A short walk to the beach and restaurants, this suited us with mobility issues. Would I stay here again? Possibly. If I were given a different apartment that was less of a weird set up privacy wise. The pool let's it down though. It depends on what you want..... I really liked Port Pollensa, we enjoyed our first holiday in 3 years due to the pandemic and we chose a great resort.

Reviewed By Portugal1000Stayed here with husband and 18 year old son. Been visiting PP pretty much every year since 1997 and been staying at the Daina for the last 8. Really love it here. Apartments are great, especially if you have older children as big separate living area with two proper beds. Bedroom and living area separated by long corridor where the bathroom is so may not be suitable if you have very young children as too far from you. The cleaning staff are fantastic and have been there for many years and always remember us. This year we had lovely outdoor private patio. All the hotel staff are lovely and again have been there for years. I just love the pool area and only time I can spend all day just looking out to sea because the view is wonderful. For first time ever in holiday I got sick due to being badly bitten on my leg which caused terrible swelling. The hotel manager arranged a doctor to visit immediately. I spent two whole days in bed which was such a shame. I really can’t imagine staying anywhere else in PP. this place has such happy memories for us and I hope our son will continue to want to visit with us every year.

Located just 7 km from the golf course of Pollensa and Aucanada (at 10km), or 15 minutes by car to Formentor beach or the magnificent coves and cliffs of Cala de San Vicente.The building consists of 27 comfortable fully renovated apartments, spread over three floors and most of them overlooking the Bay of Pollensa. Each apartment has its own terrace, a separate bedroom with twin beds (a cot if needed) and a safe (with extra charge); the living room has two sofas which can convert into two comfortable beds, TV. 32 "with satellite channels, telephone and Wi -Fi (with extra charge), fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, toaster, cooker, utensils). Completely renovated bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, air conditioning (cold / hot) in every apartment. Old, mouldy and outdated...
Reviewed By karinsiegumWe found the hotel through a booking agency. According to the pictures, the rooms looked nice and newly renovated. We were very surprised when we arrived. The rooms were old and smelled like mould. My daughter, who has asthma, could not breathe. We were promised that the hotel had 24/7 hour reception service. That was certainly not the case. We waited in the middle of the afternoon for more than 2 hours and no one was there. Ultimately, we had to leave. We have contacted the booking agency who keeps telling us they cannot get in contact with the hotel. We have tried to get a refund for 6 months. Still no reply. Do not ever book this hotel!!!!!

As always we were greeted by friendly staff who remembered us which was amazing, we even had a lovely welcome fruit platter delivered which was a nice surprise! Our corner apartment was 709 on the 1st floor and had lovely views of the pool and also got the afternoon sun. We enjoyed many bottles of Vina Esmerelda on the balcony! The apartments are exceptionally well cleaned and maintained, well equipped and feel like a real home away from home. There were always plenty of sunbeds no matter what time of day and the pool area really is a little slice of heaven. Make sure you go and sample some cocktails over on the hotel terrace overlooking the sea!! Thankyou as always, we will be back!

The apartments are found just around the corner from Maricel 1 and have a secluded and private atmosphere. They are located on a first , second & third floor. All apartments have rear balconies looking towards the private pool and colourful gardens and front balconies faced to the road. The two- bedroom Miramar 1 apartments have two bathrooms (Penthouse has one bathroom), lounge, dining room, full kitchen with sink and large terrace.

Reviewed By ronchris_10Stayed at the Miramar 2 Penthouse apartment again this year and the standard is just as high as before. The apartment is serviced daily and is always left clean and fresh. It is in an excellent location close to the beach and restaurants and cafes. There are supermarkets nearby and a small convenience shop just a short walk from the apartment block. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We can't wait to return again soon.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was huge, immaculate & it had two balconies, one in the bedroom & the other in the living area where there was a sofa bed. We were on the top floor of the main building. Also, we received a very warm welcome during check in. We sat around the pool a couple of times. My daughter & my partner went in. There were bars & restaurants very close to us & the beautiful beach & stunning promenade were literally 2 mins walk away. Would definitely return, highly recommended.

Llevant Apartments is a friendly and family complex situated at the Boquer area in Puerto Pollensa , 200 meters away from the beach and town square center. Accommodation here is simple and comfortable . Each apartment has a living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV. A microwave , kettle , toaster , and are included in the kitchenette. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and washing machine. From march 2019 we have a new sunbathing area. Open from the first of April until the 31st of October.
Lovely apartments and great value
Reviewed By David BThe Llevant apartments are a great place to stay when visiting Port de Pollenca. Our apartment was large and clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the air conditioning worked well. We managed to get one of the apartments with a double bed (which was very comfortable) by emailing the hosts directly when we booked. Sebastian or Sonja were usually on hand in the reception during the day and were always very helpful. The pool is a nice size and depth and a very pleasant temperature. The sea front area is only a 5 minute walk, but the area around the apartments was generally very quiet. There are small and large supermarkets and a chemist very close by. The main bus station is only a 5 minute walk and the TIB buses are very easy and cheap to use now using contactless card payment when you get on and off the bus. Along the sea front, and also elsewhere, there are dozens of restaurants catering to all tastes. We are already planning how we might spend our next (third) holiday in Port de Pollenca (it is that nice), and will probably stay at the Llevant Apartments again when we come!
