Beautiful place to calm down and eat excellent
Reviewed By monikka30We stayed here to slow down a bit. The location direct at the beach with very modern and stylish rooms, was wonderful. Especially the Restaurant has excellent food and very nice and charming Service! On the top you find a rooftop bar with sand, lounge furniture , good music and cocktails. The view thru the sea is awesome! Prices are fair, we will come back next time for Sure.

The accommodation was really amazing
Reviewed By ssteve07The accommodation was really amazing. The accommodation itself is very well designed and equipped. Sitting on the outdoor terrace was a nice bonus. The staff took care of excellent cleanliness. We enjoyed the holiday, we will definitely return here in the future.

Gospodarze prze mili, nie nachalni, przez cały wyjazd Pan odwiedził nas 2 razy, po to żeby dać dzieciom zabawki a nam pyszne miejscowe figi. Jesteśmy zachwyceni gościnnością! Widok z apartamentu piękny, miejscowość sama w sobie spokojna, jest kilka restauracji godnych uwagi. Na rodzinne wakacje miejsce idealne!

Lovely place
Reviewed By Ian SGreat apartment that was very clean and modern, with a balcony more than happy with it, you’ll need a car to get around. The village of marina is just down the road and this place is ideal for a day or three.

UNACCEPTABLE! DON’T GO TO THIS TERRIBLE APARTMENT!
Reviewed By Experience683805It would be a beautiful house if it would be clean! The garden is nice, because of the view of the sea and because of all the beautiful olives trees of the house of the neighbor. The position is good just if you travel with car: there aren’t bus stop near Karolina’s apartment so that is very difficult to go in the nearby places. Poljica Marina is a little land, with a nice ( but little and crowded) beach: it is nice, but there is not a lot to do there, and if you don’t travel with car you should find it very boring. CLEANING: the studio flat was dirty: dirty and yellow bathroom curtains, dirty floors.. and I don’t want to talk about the encrusted dished.. leaving out that the owner of the house didn’t provide the materials to clean. WIFI AND ELECTRIC CURRENT: the WiFi is not free and available in the studio flat; If you want to use that you must go in the stairs out of the house of the owner. Talking about this,the most unacceptable thing is that Karolina( the owner) turn off the power during the night( and she switch on again when she wakes up),so that the lights and the WiFi doesn’t work neither in the flat room.. and since I paid to stay there I think that is is unacceptable.. FIREPLACE: The house has a wonderful fireplace(wonderful but naturally dirty..we had to clean it before to use it)..pity that she removed the wood after the first barbecue we had made( but on booking she wrote that the fireplace was usable). OWNER OF THE HOUSE:the less pleasing thing of my holiday there was surely the owner Karolina: leaving out that she doesn’t speak a word of english( she only speaks German or Croat, so that the communication is difficult)and that If you want to talk about serious issues about the house, she delegates the son (a 8 years old baby), The lady is RUDE and INTRUSIVE. The most unacceptable thing,so much that I’m tempted to report it to the competent authorities, is that she entered to our studio flat when we were not at home: when we returned at home one day, we realized that the clothes and the towels we hang out before to leave had been moved inside by the owner.. And we realized it looking at the clothes , because she neither informs me about what she did. This is unacceptable since I had paid to stay there,and this means that the studio flat it’s my house during the period I paid for( so she can’t enter there without our permission, let alone when we’re not at home!!) Another thing shameful about the owner, is that the morning of the check out, she wrote to me at 8.00 a.m. to ask me where we was(thing that she shouldn’t be interested in) and I did not answer. At 9.50 a.m. Karolina began to knock anxiously on our door,shouting that the other guests had already left. Booking provides that the check out by 10.00 a.m., (not at 9.50, at 10.00!) and I thing that is unacceptable that while I’m having a shower before to leave I must interrupt that,even if is not already the hour for the check out,to open the door( basically necked,given the insistence with Wich she knocked and shouted) to a rude person that shout looking at her touch that marks the wrong time. When I explained her that it was too early to leave and that here behavior was unacceptable, she answer to me that this is not her problem, obviously delegating the 8 years old baby for the speaking. At the end of this orribile morning, before to leave she called her rude Husband that laughed when I told him that I would inform the competent authorities about the illegal intrusion of his wife in the studio flat we rented,and this thing incite me even more to segnalate them. An atrocious experience in Karolina’s apartment..I don’t recommend it at all.
