Completely unprofessional service
Reviewed By SofiaRodinThis place advertises 24 hour reception. Nonsense. I got there before 1900 and the place was locked ! I was left with bags, a disability with no hotel room All I got was strange messages from a lady who asked where I was and then she left. Cannot recommend because of this terrible customer service.

Reviewed By ChristianS9055Very very friendly houselord and his wife: we had a very warm welcome - and they helped wherever and whever some help was needed. We had room with balokney so our dogs could sleep outside. Breakfast and dinner at romantic terrasse with marvellous panoramic view over the mountains, even karaoke event at dinner time by the landlord who studied musics at university. Very quite location, surrounded only by trees and forest.... · last 200m very very bad road, unpaved with very deep holes - but go ahead, it's worth

Anita SPA Houses are located in the center of the picturesque town of Perushtitsa. 1. Anita SPA House offers 8 double rooms with private bathrooms, 2 of them with an extra bed. Between the two houses is the garden with lush foliage and 100 year-old trees - magnolias, a place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee to quench your thirst with a drink or choose from the menu of the restaurant desserts. Perushtitsa is a wonderful choice for anyone who wants to get in touch with Bulgarian traditions, the city has a rich history, preserved the spirit of Renaissance Bulgaria.
Great house, not very friendly staff.
Reviewed By VetonikatdrvThe house is great and so is the backyard. It is perfect for a large group of people. The staff is not friendly at all though. The woman that we had contact with was very rude. She stayed at the house, in the living room with us for the whole morning, didn't answer when we sayed "good morning" or even when we offered her breakfast and in the end, at 11:45 she told us, that if we don't get out by 12:00 we will be charged.

Great facilities and staff
Reviewed By Alice_dim13Visited with my family (incl. a one-year old). Great facilities, the swimming pool, the spa, the masseuse... And most of all, the horses! You can pet them, help out, feed them, go for a ride - excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also pretty good. Baby cots and high chairs are available. Highly recommend!

Reviewed By Dragomir ISuch a nice place! One of the most beautiful view you ever imagine. It was raining day, when we visit, so we sit on the terrace, on second floor with that view, delicious home made food and a big jug with red wine. If you want to relax - this is your place !

Reviewed By 196stoyansemployees are not trained and cannot respond adequately to poor management. I have been a guest several times but I will no longer make that mistake. I am very disappointed by the people at the reception any interest in the comfort of their guests

Reviewed By Oron67Very warm and friendly guesthouse running by Rumen the owner who is very welcoming and helpful. Although they don’t speak English Rumen and his wife are very welcoming. Clean rooms, hot water shower and very nice dinner and breakfast.
