Reviewed By kingnbCheck in excellent and efficient, facilities etc were explained to us. Complimentary drink on arrival. Safe charge €10 but refundable at end of the week. Room excellent, air con good, excellent bathroom , comfy beds, tea/Coffee. Entertainment a bit mixed but more than adequate, not in your face. Hotel very clean, staff friendly, restaurant staff very efficient. Choice for breakfast amazing, evening meal again excellent choice of starters with fruit, salads, cheeses, soups, cold meats , fish. Normally one main fish or meat dish in the evening but always steak and fish available on the grills. Beers, wine and spirits very reasonably priced for a hotel ( you cant expect €1 beers and €2.50 wines like some of the cheaper bars). Rooms cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed daily if you asked. Overall an excellent week 23 - 30th May stay, would definitely go back

Reviewed By neil wA great resort. Friendly excellent staff and great food. The room was the best we have stayed in. No mad rush for sunbeds, various entertainments through the day and evening. We will be looking to return next year with the family. But for longer than this year!

Hope it’s only one night
Reviewed By brian965434I was grateful for a room after our flight was cancelled, but this faded quickly as the sound of someone murdering classic songs filled our room. I assumed the patio door was open. Wrong. It was 23.00 hrs and many songs were ruined, I was hoping for an ironic ‘if I sang out of tune’ to help me sleep. Eventually it stopped to be filled with many competing music styles from the many bars in the area. By 5.00 the bars had shut, the drunks had stopped shouting, and a background roar became obvious. When light I shall find out if this is because we are next to the sea and it has been rough or the place is full of air conditioning units. I suspect the second. To help give the volume of noise a rating, I was unaware of my wife snoring, which she has done for a few nights now. Otherwise this seems an excellent place, great staff, nice room. There are 10 floors I think and not all room will face onto the piazza. Update. In the light I can see the sea. And the bars are beyond a grass area and car park, so not close or part of the hotel.

Hotel was beautiful, such lovely scenery. 15 minute walk to the beach, local shops, bars and restaurants. Staff was lovely, nothing was too much for them to sort out. Maid service was always spot on, made sure all beds where fresh and we had clean towels. The main thing that let the hotel down was literally the food, the selection was great, always something different, however the selection isn’t there for picky children, my little boy hardly ate at tea. Best meal of the day for selection of food and deserts was actually breakfast. We ate out most days. If you are going all inclusive, there are certain things not included in the price. My little boy thoroughly enjoyed himself, and the whole family did. Weather was lovely. Lifeguards are hired by an outside company, they are not great, rude and mardy. Hotel staff where absolutely amazing and so polite!

Reviewed By Extraordinary556524No clear instructions on how to find the apartment. The balcony didn’t get any sun all day so the apartment was cold and freezing at night. Luckily we hired a car so we didn’t have the dreaded walk down to the front. The bathroom and kitchen was covered in these little tiny bugs. Couldn’t cook in there at all because it was so disgusting u wouldn’t know what would jump into your food. There wasn’t enough hot water for everyone to have a shower. Nobody cleaned the room the whole time we were there and the towels left were musty and smelled like they had been sat there for a good few months. The place is foul. I would not go back.
