Reviewed By 吃貨雨神海景真的敲美，還有室內獨立景觀按摩浴缸，可以邊泡澡邊看海景。 美食和周邊景點資訊、傘架、垃圾桶、飲水機、滅火器、殺蟲劑、沖洗區等應有盡有。 比較美中不足的是，窗戶有爬很多螞蟻在浴缸旁邊，後來用水沖一沖就比較好一些了；還有刮到脫皮的屋頂，會讓人感覺設備疏於管理或久無人住的誤解。 客房服務指南的部分，有些內容以實際看來只能僅供參考。 服務和早餐也真的非常好！

Reviewed By amanda_leowStayed 2 nights with my kids, parents, hubby and I. Love how the owner took care of every details of the B&B. Breakfast was mixed western and Chinese food. Cant complain much on the price we paid. We booked 2 quard rooms through agoda, which didt let me choose room type. I would suggest traveller to choose the one sea facing instead of backlane facing. Location is not near Kenting main street but there is 7-eleven and eateries nearby. The BnB has no lift so will have to climb stairs with lugguages, when we check in and out.

It all started as a family trip that happens when we were child. Kenting Baisha has always been our first choice when it comes to family trip. Seventeen years has gone by, and Baisha is still as beautiful as it was. We are two simple white buildings that are ten minutes walking distance from Baisha. From our hotel, the most amazing coastline lay in front of every room, the most colorful sunset that will warm our heart, and the sound of nature that will relax our mind. We are here to invite you to our world, and share the amazing place with us.

Reviewed By verbijsterdWe moved here after a night in Okra Villa in Kenting - don’t go to either... - and were happy we did. We just turned up and asked for a room and got a beautiful one in the annex, overlooking the palm trees and the ocean. Very nice wooden touches, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, plus our own balcony. You can take a free bike to cycle to Kenting (if you really want to) or Hengshun, which are both just 9km away. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only two drawbacks were that their excellent Japanese restaurant Mori has moved to Skyebay and that the breakfast buffet was severely slimmed down during the last two days due to the hotel being rather quiet. Hence 4 balls instead of 5 - although 4.5 would have been more appropriate.

Reviewed By swch71We had chosen this hotel because of the good ratings on Tripadvisor and also elsewhere (only Google reviews are not up to the same level – we should have taken these into account). Honestly, we do not understand why this hotel has so many good reviews! The whole place is not very well taken care of, it would need some renovation and refreshment. Our room was not clean at all: the cleaning is done only very superficially (dust in all corners/below the bed and on the roof beams as well as on top of the doors), the shower needs to be refreshed, stains on the bed linen, the furnitures are old and the one’s on the balcony are a little somewhat rusty. The place is very noisy: The aircon, the water dispenser, the fridge in the room – all make noise. Paper thin walls with low quality water pipes (you can hear it very loudly when your neighbors are using either water or the toilet) and there is something behind the building that makes noise too (like a generator or pump). We had a gecko in our room, while chasing it we discovered all the dusty places mentioned above… There was another animal running around in our room. We could hear and see it running on the roof beams, unfortunately not clear enough to identify it (maybe a mouse). As the gecko felt threatened by that animal, it was screaming loudly. There are pipes/cables in the roof top with wholes to the next room. We could hear our neighbors throwing things against the wall – we guess this animal went to their room as well. We did not see or hear mosquitos in our room but some small black bugs. I also had a few insect bites the next morning on my body. We had to pay our room cash (which we did not know in advance) and had to insist several times to get a receipt. They only wanted to give it to us when checking out and explained that they are normally not giving receipts (??). We also had to pay upon arrival (which was a mistake…). After having a terrible night without much sleep, we decided to move on and stay only one night instead of the planned two. Changing rooms would probably only have solved the issue with the animals not all the others. The girl at the reception needed to get the permission of her boss to reimburse the second night to us. She could not reach her boss during the whole morning – it might be true or a pretext. However, not paying back the second night under this circumstances is clearly a no go and that she could not reach her boss only confirms the overall impression: the hotel is badly managed and not very well taken care of.

Reviewed By SmapDBSKThe room is nice and comfy with all the basic toiletries provided, eg. shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, shower cap and shaver. There is 1 thing which is not that good is that the towel they provided is the disposable type, u might not be used to using that and will need to bring your own towel for use. The owner of the hotel will send the breakfast to your room every morning at around 9am, if you need special arrangement, you will have to tell the owner. They are very friendly people and will try their best to help u with your problems. My friend and I are trying to sell a concert ticket that we have on hand, we told the owner about this matter and she was so helpful with it and manage to get us a buyer. They won't be making up the room during your stay, so it's good that we can clear our own rubbish, just need to leave the bag of rubbish outside the room and they will helped to throw it away. If u need anything like mineral water, plastic bag for rubbish, u can just let them know and they will get it for u without charge.

In a clear night, you can see million of stars on the sky from this hilltop resort. Excellent service from the lady boss. Their dogs are so friendly and cute. Strongly recommended

Reviewed By JamesM49We took the top floor room so we had a great balcony. It is on it's own beach, but the real action happens at the beach to the west and to the east, so it's quiet. The night market is 2 blocks back and so you can hop there for nighttime sights. Couple of great restaurants nearby. Really couldn't beat the views though. Family owned and operated.
