Reviewed By KatiJ3The hotel is good, cleaning service has a little bit room for improvement (at arrival the shower was full of hairs). Relatively close to the beach and restaurants (15 minute walk). Pet friendly. The breakfast is really good, lots of variety. Nice staff, Judit is the best! She deserves a raise!

Reviewed By Noah KEverything was perfect, really nice time with my family and girlfriend, really clean, nice staff and swimming pool. Breakfast was correct but available for probably a too short amount of time. I almost miss being there! It was maybe a little too expensive for two nights, but it was worth the price, I will come back for sure when I'll travel to Pineda again!

Great family holiday
Reviewed By karendY7158IIClean and modern hotel with excellant pools. Great for families. Reception has a nice fresh feel. Hotel room was impressive and we were very happy with it. Beds are comfortable and shower was hot. Could not fault the room. Pools were not very warm but you soon got used to the temperature. My 5 Yr old loved the various pools. Its a real shame they banned inflatables in the big pool mid way through our holiday. There was the usual scramble for sun beds but they extended the opening hours after feedback was given. The sides were very good. It was great having the park and kids club near the pool and bar. The queue for the bar was very long so def more staff are required. Evening entertainment was very good one night when they got dancers in but the rest of the time average. Food was usual buffet food. Fine at the start of the holiday but got a bit boring by the end of the holiday. However restaurant was very well looked after and clean and modern. Location is excellent for the train to Barcelona which we did one day. Beach is a 2 min walk and pleasant. I liked the thicker corse sand as easier to brush off. We did a day trip to a water park which also had dolphins and we all enjoyed this. Overall a great holiday.

Best hotel by far in Pineda de Mar. All staff are friendly and helpful.?? if coming back to this area would definitely stay here, poolside and spa is lovely

Reviewed By katiehL672FPWe stayed here from 31 May - 07 June and I couldn’t of hoped for anything more perfect for our first family holiday. We were all inclusive which I would recommend as there didn’t seem to many restaurants around the hotel. Swimming pools We only stayed by the pools where the activities are and it was great. Pools are a decent size, lifeguards are very proactive. There are limits to inflatables which are allowed so I wouldn’t buy anything too big. There is a shop onsite which sells rings and is reasonably priced. All inclusive Would recommend! Alcoholic drinks are local spirits, I’m a Malibu drinker and the coconut rum which was offered was really nice. A great selection of slushy flavours, ice lollys, drinks and snacks. I found myself indulging in a cheese and ham toastie at the end of the night after a few to many drinks. All staff appeared friendly to me, you may need to que for certain things but it’s not horrendous. With all inclusive you can’t please everyone but there was a variety of food choices, plenty of fish and mean options and vegetarian is kept in one area. Never had a problem getting a table, and may be a short wait for some food such as steak which is cooked infront of you. Entertainment Amazing! All the Go and Fun staff are great, they really made our experience so enjoyable and there is something for kids of all ages. I even enjoyed the mini disco and by the end of the week I almost perfected Soco Bate Vira (song) Kids club is 10:30-12:00, 14:30 -16:00 and 21:45-23:00 + other scheduled activities for adults and kids during the day. Kids can receive a certificate at the mini disco or a medal. Kids club gave my daughter a great break from the sun, she wasn’t forced there and loved every minute. The evening entertainment the hotel books is brilliant! The recent Micheal Jackson show was amazing. Room Nice and modern, no complaints at all. Maid was really friendly and placed my daughters teddies really lovely on the bed for her. Local town There is a market Friday morning which was really nice to explore. We had a small walk into the local town after but in all honesty, every-time we left the hotel we just wanted to go back. Life with a 5 year old is by far from relaxing but this hotel gave us the most enjoyable and relaxing week. The Tui reps are at the hotel twice a day. We had a few problems with the recent flight cancellations and Cindy and Spike were brilliant. We booked a day at Waterworld to meet with friends, Personally I wouldn’t recommend it. Checkin Pineda is located 7 minutes' walk from the beach in Pineda de Mar, on the Costa del Maresme. It offers an outdoor pool and rooms with a private balcony. All air-conditioned rooms at the Checkin Pineda feature tiled floors and a simple décor. Each one has satellite TV and a private bathroom. Checkin Pineda has a restaurant which serves buffet meals. There is a poolside bar. There are 2 lounges with sofas and satellite TV, as well as a children's play area, a billiard table and an internet corner with computers and free Wi-Fi. In high season, Checkin Pineda offers free bicycles and kayaks, and has a bouncy castle for children. Checkin Pineda is easily accessible from the AP7 Motorway. You can drive to Barcelona in around 45 minutes. Reception is open 24 hours a day.
Seriously don’t bother!
Reviewed By sajnabegumArrived to the hotel only to be greeted by rude staff who ignored us for 10 minutes then got on the phone and ignored us for a further 10 minute. Eventually checked in but we was nit given any information such as checkout time, restaurant opening times or about WiFi or as a matter of fact anything! The rooms are very outdated and bathtub was so small. Rooms were very cramped and old, the window sills were broken and the hotel was very noisy. The air conditioner didn’t work and we was told it takes time to blow cold air. Although we were ‘all inclusive’ you still have to pay for some food and drinks which we wasn’t made aware of at the time of booking. Only the bar staff are really nice and friendly. Also the location was very close to the beach. I would never go back there and now I understand why it’s a bit ‘cheaper’ than other hotels nearby. I would NOT recommmend this hotel so save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
