Reviewed By royduncan61A perfect location from the main road but not noisy , clean rooms nice Air con. Very friendly. Great value. We stayed on a trip home to Portugal from the U.K. . About 520 miles from Calais so a great overnight stop.

Reviewed By sammychatarWe were in transit to portugal, the room we survived but the woman at breakfast was most unfriendly ever, got completely wrong order and still talking rude. Not recommended due to bad service. This is the worst experience i ever had. Hope they will change the mentality to a more service oriented.

The staff were first class and went out of their way to help us and quite a few other from the wedding party . If we ever came back to this region we would have no worries staying here again . Reviewed By olive77165Very good hotel, very friendly staff, hotel and room are very clean .the breakfast is very good with a large choice of food and beverages. The rooms are large with good bed and clean bathrooms. The hotel is located near the express way and not far from the airport.

A damn disaster
Reviewed By billbo897Traveling around Bordeaux I've stayed at many many hotels, ranging from two to five stars and this one is by far the worst. I'm not even going to get started on the conditions of the rooms, the interior design, the so-called breakfast or anything else about this dumpster, because the way they treated a minor staying alone at the hotel is just barbaric. Being low on cash, I had no choice but to stay here for a while, since this is the cheapest hotel I could find and really had no problem for a week or so, but a couple of days before my checkout I came back to my miserable room from college and found no sign of any of my stuff there. When I came down to the usually empty reception and found at least one employee I was told that they tried to charge me for the stay (which, I remind, wasn't supposed to be over until three or four nights later) and failed, so they packed all my things into trash bags and dumped them into their locker room. I was yelled at by the owner and told that until I pay for the nights I've already stayed they weren't going to give me my clothes, computer or papers I needed for college back. All of the staff were very rude, except for the man who cleans the place and the lady at the front desk mentioned in another review. Then the employees were told to tell me that unless I pay in advance they were to tell me that they were fully booked even though the hotel was absolutely empty. Luckily, I managed to make an exchange — I gave my passport to the receptionist

Reviewed By belgianguy1It's a budget hotel so keep your expectations in check...however, I found it excellent value for money, especially considering there were three of us...fast free wifi, ample parking too...and in the neighborhood, plenty of food options!
