We are conveniently located within walking distance of IUP and all the shopping and restaurants of Philadelphia Street. Perfect for visiting IUP parents and alumni, business trips and out of town family.

No money back. my reserreservation isnt until september. phone Number on the site is fake. Will not connect to them . Had to call my credit card company to get my money.

Reviewed By 445kevinzSo I am an avid traveler and I always check on here and am impartial so we decided to give this place a chance. I booked through Groupon for a Studio. We arrived on Thursday at 4:30pm ish. I asked if they had any upgrades available and was instructed to call Florida? I asked why and the lady checking me in said you have to make reservations through Florida. I asked for a manager and was told “We don’t have a manager” I then asked for someone in charge and the lady checking me in walked away and instructed another person to check me in as I was making her upset? So we finally made it through check in it was 90 plus degrees go to our unit the A/C did not work. Call to the front desk they say Maintenance will come to check and if they can’t fix they will give you another unit. So we waited and we waited and we called and were told they were on the way so we saw a maintenance guy who was not our guy and we waited so finally I just took my kids to the Pool. After about an hour I called and they said they were waiting at our unit. We got into the second unit and all was well. So we went back to the pool. The pool was nice but in disrepair many of the Blue Accent Tiles around the top rim of the pool were either falling of or were missing which made for broken tile or grout a the bottom of the pool around the edges. Just about everyone we encountered at the Pool had an issue either at check in or with the original unit they were placed in. Now they say they have several amenities which the Zip Line and Bumper Boats were closed due to problems with a Third Party Vendor we were told. We did receive a $25 credit to use towards these which was not redeemable due to them being closed. The grounds were well kept. The outside of the buildings could use a power washing. All the people could say was “Oh we’re sorry” which translates to me as ok go away. So would I recommend it probably not. So thanks in advance for the canned response I will not contact you for a better outcome.
