Place has been around since 1962. Nothing special on the inside, tables, booth and Sinatra playing, but the food is very good. Love the fish, pizza and all of the pastas. They are known for their ravioli, singular. For lunch you get one large ravioli, it is plenty, for dinner they serve you two. They huge and very satisfying stuffed with cheese or my personal favorite, Italian sausage. Worth a visit.

We use to go to China Palace, but over time the owners changed and the quality of China Palace was adversely affected. Besides Fortune Star Buffett, I feel Tai Pei Tokyo is the best Asian restaurant in the east end of town They have excellent sushi.

Five of us went to the Bamboo Garden on a Thursday at 3pm. Each of us had the buffet. The price was good, especially since drinks were included. The variety was also good. I realize that the time we visited may have affected the quality of the food, but it shouldn't. I assume that because we were at the end of the lunch period the food was not as fresh as it should have been. A number of dishes consisted of dried remains of a dish that must have been placed there hours ago. I don't know that this was a deliberate strategy by the owners - to not supply fresh food until dinner-time begins at 4:00pm - or if it was just a matter of a lack of care. Many of the dishes had good flavor, but many were at the end of their lives. I'm not sure if we would eat there again. I asked my family members, "Out of 5 stars, what would you give this place?" My three teenagers each gave a different rating: 2-3-4. My wife gave it a 3.5. My rating is between 2.5 and 3.

We have been coming to the Green Mango for years. I've eaten outside once, but mostly come for a good pot of Ginger Tea, crisp egg rolls, and Pad Thai Chicken. Although the restaurant wasn't very big, there were quiet spots with booths seats on one side by the wall. The last time we tried to go, they were under renovation. We are looking forward to our next trip.

Three of us visited for lunch. The restaurant was busy and we waited about 5 minutes to be seated. We were greeted by friendly waitress which took our drink order. The menu was varied and had plates that included noodles, meats, vegetables, dumplings, rice and more. We shared steamed vegetable dumplings which were hand made. The rice dumpling was soft, however very bland. I had the braised beef with rice. It included a hard boiled duck egg. The cilantro added flavor but overall again very bland. The beef was very well prepared and tender. One of party had the Dan Dan Noodles which were identified as spicy. I tried them and the flavor was much more intensified with the spice, not overly spicy but just right. I would encourage you to order any spicy item that meets your interest because I believe the flavor would be much more enjoyable. Everything was certainly authentic, service was prompt and cheerful.
