Traveling and found this on trip advisor. Looked good so we thought we would try... husband had Chicken Parm. He said it tasted like it was fried with chicken wings. Pasta had a TON of water on the plate too. I ordered the stromboli, I thought I was in a Wendy's commercial (where's the beef?) They also charged an additional fee for sauce to dip the stromboli in....really? Doubt we will be back... it was okay, just not something i would go out of my way for.
This O I P is a few blocks from our home. After church one Sunday last summer decided to stop in for take-out. The Manager I am guessing must have been called in to work. He was rude when orders were placed. He would not substitute when We ordered a meal even though a family member was unable to eat the spiced sauage. An other customer asked for his sub to be heated he received an abrupt NO! The food was poorly prepared. I have been to other neighborhood OIP which I have enjoyed. Will not go back to Montoursville's.Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I'm not sure which manager you are referring to, but I encourage you to stop in and give us another shot as we are under new management. We encourage you to alter your food however you like! All of our subs have the option to be heated, or cold!

Our Motherâs Day party of 11 was seated quickly on a Sunday afternoon, with a view of their awesome brick oven. The Charles Pizza, with arugula and a balsamic vinegar reduction, is my favorite! Their steak is better than some steakhouses Iâve been to. If you like calamari, order the âgrilledâ calamari - itâs a different and delicious version of that popular appetizer. Thanks for the review Gigi! Hope to see you again soon!
This OIPs ranks well with the others we have been too. Food is good and service is good . We like to call ahead to have our order ready for us..
Had the chicken parmesan. Nice piece of chicken perfectly cooked. Came with a side if pasta, sauce on the pasta was really good. The wife had Eggplant parmesan sliced very thin and cooked a little crispy. Pasta perfectly cooked and the sauce was very tasty. Meals came with salad, bread and peppers. House Italian dressing was light and not greasy. Good olive oil. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Building is a work in progress, but still very nice. Will return soon

I visited the old Montgomery OIP only to realize that it has new owners and is now Melia's Pizza. The only ones working when I visited were the new owners, a young couple. They were talking about planned upgrades and renovations. The pizza was excellent, and you can't beat the price with their Tuesday special. I can't wait to see what else is coming!

I have eaten here on more than one occasion and I always enjoy it. I mainly get the pizza and am never disappointed. Being from the Philly originally I am used to really good pizza. OIP as they are called have good pizza and good prices. I recommend it to anyone who happens to be traveling through Muncy.

We love OIP. Now that we don't live in Montrose anymore, we miss it. The owners are great and so supportive of the community and schools. Everything we've eaten there is delicious. My husband last visited Montrose in March 2018. With the help of the owners, he was able to bring three large strombolis back with him to Nevada, where we live now. They cooked them about half way, helped him wrap them securely so they be packed in checked luggage, and gave him cooking directions for when he got it home. They survived the trip and he had a very happy wife and son when he showed up with them. He is currently in Montrose now (June 2018) and I am honestly hoping he does it again!

Our recent visit didn't go well as it took 15 minutes for a server to approach our table with the greeting "I'm sorry". Not a problem, as it was a busy night. After placing our beverage order and waiting another 10 minutes, "I'm sorry" surfaced again. Our server seemed very disoriented and not able to get his act together. When our food finally arrived ( a burger & a salad), I didn't get my replacement beverage until I was over half way through my meal. Guess what he said, "I'm sorry". The food was good, although my wife's salad contained avocado which was rock hard. It's amazing how poor service can really affect a meal. It a shame that the service this night was poor as the menu offerings are quite good. If you go, be prepared.
