Decided to try this restaurant as we live close by and have never eaten here. Friends told us they liked it.Not much good to report from our visit. Overpriced and over-sauced brisket sandwich, shoe leather roast beef, and tasteless burnt broccoli. All four of us left, wondering how they got the good reviews we had seen. Won’t be going back.

This is a neat place that is out in a beautiful countryside. They have a variety of items on the menu from burgers to "blue" plate specials and ice cream. The burgers here are quality beef, cooked to order. Be sure to try the "Juicy Lucy" burger with your choice of cheese. A must have is the fresh cut fries. They also have salads, steaks, seafood, and smoked brisket. Everything here is quality and the owners take a lot of pride in serving great food. You have to take a ride out in the country and try this place out. It will become one of your favorites.

The bartender here, can't remember her name but she's attractive with blonde hair..... Ask her for her specialty martinis! She is amazing and so friendly. My husband and I met two couples for drinks before heading out on a Saturday night date. The atmosphere was ok, but cleanliness and friendliness are my priorities. This place has it!The prices are reasonable and the appetizers were really good!Try it, and check out the bar.

We stopped this AM for a good breakfast, good servings, and good prices. I had eggs, home fries nice and crisp to the fork, and scrapple that had been done in the fryer so that the outside had a crispness to it leaving the hot, creamy center. If you never tried scrapple, try it here. The other meal was creamed chipped beef over toast with home fries. The creamed chipped beef was pronounced as tasty and more than enough to pair with the toast underneath it. When's the last time you were charged $1.98 for 2 coffees? The total for 2 with tax was under $15 so I also got a punch on my repeat visit card. There are always specials too, 3 this day that include coffee and juice. Not coming for breakfast? There are always many lunch/dinner specials for $9.99.

This was my family’s first trip to this diner. Overall the food was satisfactory but nothing special. Omelets, cream chip beef and sausage gravy on biscuits were all rated good. Service was fair to good considering they were busy. Portions were adequate except the cream chip beefFor a party of six the bill was $41.00 without a tip. There was no children’s menu offered. I only observed one handicapped parking spot but there could be more on the other side.I’ll give it a try again.

I have passed by this place countless times. I finally stopped in for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised. First off, the server was excellent. I don't know her name but she had a great personality. I had the special sandwich of the day, a chicken salad wrap. It was the best chicken salad I have ever eaten. It came with fries which were also very good. I can't wait to go again to try something else.

We drive by daily on our way to work and school, and have had take out but never actually gone inside. This particular day, I took the chance of actually parking and stopping inside with my preschooler. The owners greet you and are genuinely friendly, accommodating and helpful with menu suggestions. I’d suggest calling first as they offer daily specials. The owner was a pleasant man who clearly is a dedicated dad, as he answered my curious son’s twenty questions with the patience of a saint!Sandwiches are amazing, salads are fresh and nicely portioned. The coffee is now my most favorite!!!I will only say, which is ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THEIR CONTROL... on street parking is dangerous. The high volume of racing traffic and huge trucks that clearly are in the wrong place by faulty GPS can literally run you over. I’d risk it again by myself but by no means with my children in tow.One last note, they do catering and it’s impressive as I’ve been at functions where they’ve prepared the lunch.Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We appreciate your feedback and look forward to seeing you again soon.

First time stopping in after visiting a local campground. What a great experience. Kim was our waitress very patient and several recommendations. We sat at the tables by the bar. We arrived by 4:30 on a Friday night and the place was already hopping. We split a salad, both had dinner entrees and ordered two different kinds of desserts. Everything was amazing. The company was truly great too. We had a couple to our left that was offering a taste of an appetizer to us when they found out it was our first visit. Then the couple to our right was making suggestions on desserts. Where do you go and not only great service and food but awesome and kind company to go along with it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!!!
