Great Food, Service, and Unbelievable Views!
Reviewed By Sightseer45549488635The views, the facilities, the food……all were outstanding, but what really made this hotel memorable was the staff. Before we got out of our car, someone was there to welcome us, and the warm, gracious hospitality continued during our entire stay. We enjoyed the restaurant, the spa, and the pool. It was a great place to stay and explore the Picos, but we also spent as much time as possible on our porch enjoying the scenery while listening to the cow bells from the adjoining farm.

Reviewed By Vicky LWe stayed 6 nights on our first visit to Asturias. I booked through booking.com and was reasonably priced and breakfast included. The hotel is beautiful with lovely views. Very clean and the the 2 people who we met who work there were very polite, attentive and helpful. We had breakfast included in our stay and the breakfast was good, plenty to choose from and a varied selection. The only negative thing about our stay was the noise from the room above, though this doesn't affect my review on the hotel itself, and most of the time we were so tired from walking and hiking that once we were asleep we weren't disturbed. I would recommend this hotel for the excellent price, service and situation. It gave us the opportunity to discover and enjoy Asturias, from the mountains to the coast.

But the casona is more than just a hotel.each of the hotel´s 14 room is charmingly different and all are bright and invitting.and since the hotels are for sleeping,the beds are exceptionally confortable.breaksfast on the terrace is comprised of delicious local local products.

Reviewed By Angu5We stayed here on a Friday night in August and the place was deserted. We had to ring a phone number for someone to come to the hotel and check us in and it only seemed like one other couple were staying there. Our room was dated and there wasn't even one chair to sit on. The shower needed a good clean and the shower attachment was broken. The one member of staff we met was friendly and helpful but she left after check in and reappeared for breakfast. Breakfast was quite nice, but only available after 9.00 am.

Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Said this, also quite noisy at night as young people use the next door park for late night drinking. Camping is further ok, services are ok, showers etc. Nice bar in themiddle with an easy restaurant that serves good food and breakfast. Recommendable for a few dyas to explore the area.

Good location for Sella River conoeing experience
Reviewed By Relax623602The hotel is within walking distance from several of the operators for Sella River canoeing experience and from the town centre. It's a nice small town after all. Average hotel, no big highlights, but nothing to complain either. Clean rooms, right size, good enough breakfasts and gentle attention overall. The parking is relatively small so in high season or holidays, you may find no space and then need to look for a place elsewhere around.

Los niños se lo han pasado en grande dando de comer a los animales y sobre todo jugando con Sombra, Freya y Jack. Muy recomendable. ¡Volveremos! El resumen de esta semana santa según los niños: "Las mejores vacaciones de nuestra vida" y diría que la estancia en El Puntual ha sido la mejor parte para ellos.

En nuestra casa rural encontrarás un espacio único donde naturaleza, descanso y comodidad se dan la mano. Disponemos de 5 habitaciones dobles especialmente decoradas y ambientadas en diferentes ecosistemas del planeta . Equipadas con baño privado, secador de pelo, Tv , Dvd, wifi y calefacción. Todas disponen de salida independiente orientadas a la montaña cuya panorámica , luz y amplitud no deja indiferente a nadie. El alojamiento incluye un estupendo, delicioso y variado desayuno que se servirá en nuestro salón mirador con chimenea. También se ofrecen cenas bajo confirmación.

Reviewed By MF585Family run place in a really peaceful place. The rooms are cosy, clean and well equipped. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but what you would expect in Spain with amazing views of wildlife having their own breakfasts! The outdoor space is nice to enjoy in the evening. The only downside was other guests smoking in this area can be unpleasant. As it is an old building some noise can be heard upstairs in the morning but if you are up for breakfast this shouldn't be a problem. Highly recommended for tranquil stay! Newly opened and definitely an excellent start!

Its location on the map makes a trip to Covadonga, Cangas de Onis or the beach no more than 20 minutes drive away. Also in the vicinity , you will find all kinds of active tourism companies , to make your stay in the hotel if anything more entertaining . Tranquil location, peaceful and relaxing
Reviewed By Home-By9This hotel is run by a lovely young couple who work very hard to make their guests stay welcoming and relaxing. There is free, adequate, onsite parking. It is located in a very quiet area with a view of the mountain. The rooms are upstairs (no lift), but assistance with luggage is offered. There is more than one sitting area for guests to relax. Since we booked late, our room was at the very top of the building, small, but comfortable and provided everything we needed. Breakfast was very nice and served either indoors or out (your preference). There are restaurants not far from the hotel, but don't believe there are any within walking distance. You will definitely need a car to reach this location as it is not right in town. This is not far from Pico de Europa Parque. We would have loved to stay longer. The hosts have limited English but do their best to assist with information and if you make a little effort, communication is not a problem. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again.
