It was a disappointment.
Reviewed By rhonav683I booked a premium suite king for a birthday staycation. The room, though spacious, was a disappointment as it looks dated, with stained wallpapers and musty smell. Having paid 25,000 for the room, I expected a much better accommodation. I also specifically asked for a connecting room, and was told I needed to book a premium suite double room for another 29,000/night. However, upon checking in, i was not given the connecting premium suite double room, but only given one on the same floor, which was about 30 rooms away. Our rooms were at both ends of the property, which made it difficult for my family to see each other. Worse, one of the rooms was made avalaible to us at almost 4:00 p.m., which is an hour after check in. It was a disappointing stay, to say the least. For a 50,000 cost, I expected more at Okada.

Clean hotel not far from the airport
Reviewed By sunni_6Clean hotel not far from the airport. We took a white meter taxi from the Manila airport. Outside you will find a taxi desk where you will be given a piece of paper for the taxi. The taxi driver will give you a price if you ask them how much will cost to take you to your destination, but you should ask them to put the meter on as it is twice cheaper. The hotel building is quite new. The rooms are very small and simple but clean, perfect for very short stay. The receptionists are very helpful. There is no a restaurant or cafe in the hotel ,but you can find two coffee shops downstairs next door where you can have coffee or breakfast. The only downsize is the noise. If you have a room facing the motorway, you might have problem sleeping. We changed our room the second night and had much better sleep.

They even went to Dream play where in they experience different adventurous activities. There's a lot of restaurants to choose from. We ate at Japanese Restaurant "HIDEMASU", the food was great there. I highly recommend the pizza at Modern Table as well. It was located nearby malls like Ayala and Mall of Asia.

Reviewed By 753sallyiI was having 10 hours connection time so I decided to book a hotel, this hotel booked to me by an airport agent for 5400 peso!!!, she Told me it is 4 stars and highly recommended, she went with me to the hotel which is 15 min away, and she asked me to buy 1300 peso for the taxi, which I discovered later that was a huge amount of money for such distance, I check in to my room, it was on 17 floors, room was dirty, smelly, bed sheet were stained and disgusting and there was a cockroach in the floor!!!, In less than 5 minutes, I left the room, checked out from the hotel and went back to the airport, and spent the night in the business lounge Not recommended at all The worst hotel I saw in my life or the worst place that I saw in my whole life Terrible experience!!

Safe, clean with excellent customer service
Reviewed By JennyOZ8Visiting the Philippines for holidays and I chose Baymont Suites again. This is my hidden gem and treasure! I would say that this is still the best value for my money in terms of accommodation when in the Philippines. In Australia for example, there will be accommodation of the same price but is not to this standard. I think I am getting more of what I've paid for here. They have a 24hour security guard and cameras which makes me feel safe and secure during my stay. A front desk who is available to help 24 hours. I remember that I borrowed an adaptor at midnight and the service was speedy. Their cleanliness is also spot on. I can see and feel their wonderful and freshly washed linens upon check-in which is important to me plus a modern looking room is appreciated. Location is their strongest point. It is in the middle of all the malls and the entertainment areas. This is also why I stayed here again. In addition, I don't worry if I forget to buy water, milk or bread mainly bec 7 eleven is beside it. They have service men to cary luggages. And this is not a high rise building with 20 floors or more so it doesn't bother me to use the stairs for only few levels.
