One of the restaurants that offer "American foods" is the VFW. Aside from the huge and generous servings that we always enjoy, the staff are very kind, cheerful, and kind. I was told that the management employs men and women who were once working in bars and nightclubs in the area and are supported to further their education! What a wonderful social responsibility! Kudos to the owners who I was told were former military servicemen and women!

First time visitors to this quant little cafe that led us to it by their fantastic banners around the mall displaying delectable dishes. we ordered the spare ribs. wow, this is so yummy. healthy serving of pork ribs. beautifully seasoned and dressed. the mash potato is also awesome. now, the problem. service is awful. they seem lack interest or gone lazy. from getting the menu to giving water and all. it sucked.

Has been in Angeles City for close to 50 years, many of the staff are 40 year plus working in the place. The main food here is fired chicken, 3 pieces with coleslaw and rice for less than 200 pesos. The food is good and the service better than average. It is a popular place with locals. Worth a trip if you are looking for a fast meal.

The food here always has been good but this week service hit a new low. They seem to be very busy on weekend nights. Went in Friday night for a group of 6 people at 6:40pm we wanted to eat around 7:00. The staff said no tables but they would take our name. When asking them a standard question for the restaurant industry Worldwide "How long is the wait?" just a blank look and we do not know, no estimate even offered. OK how many people waiting? You are the 5th group sir, OK I can count and that means 5 tables turned. They would not take reservations earlier in the day saying we don't take them for Friday night just come in. So it should be really simple, just wait. But the staff it seems cannot count and starting seating people who were not even waiting. One thing besides a $250,000 dollar bill they came with my MBA is the ability to count. So why or how could they seat 7 groups and tell us we are still two away? How can we be second group they seat a group and we are still the second group.? Very simple the staff and management show a total disregard for customer service. Maybe they should learn the words respect ,honor and integrity. Because they show a total lack of understanding customer service. So if you want to wait 90 minutes and still have no table go to Maranao Grill, you will not find me here again.

First came to eat here in 1994 and again in 2019 and it's still a great place to eat on the strip. Good menu, good prices. This area used to be just a dirt raod but that has changed but the good food and service did not.The only negative thing is the waitress was more concerned with watching videos on her phone than concerned withj her customers. I had to get up and go to where she was sitting to get service. The owners should train them better but still a good place to eat.

This place is really perfect when you and your behalf would want to have a nice meal, nice drinks and enjoy the place.Even if its a little bit pricey this Steak house justify their food especially their rib eye. Perfectly cookOne thing they need is to put the name of their steak house outside of the hotel.
