Reviewed By marcusrW9357OVThe staff were wonderful. The manager is a thief and a bully. Will never stay there again. My stay was paid for with Holiday Inn points. She charged my credit card for the stay. The oddest thing was there were probably 10 plus and minus charges on my card, but those eventually all came off, except the final amount. I called the place three times, and the manager was not on duty. I went there personally as I was going by from another trip, and the manager was still not there. I was told I would have to take it up with IHG Rewards. I called and after a half hour wait, got a nice girl in the Caribbean, who was powerless to get resolution. After my second trip to the hotel to talk to the manager, I finally get a phone call from her, and she tells me that she will do NOTHING for me, as her paperwork doesn't show my stay paid for with points. I HAVE THE EMAILS THAT SHOW THE WHOLE THING!!!! I even forwarded them to her!!! I can also show it on my IHG STATEMENT!!! She kept talking over the top of me as I tried to explain all of this, and she kept getting louder, so I kept getting louder. She hung up on me. I called IHG Rewards a SECOND time, waited on hold for 49 minutes this time, and the second person tried to talk to this manager, who STILL refused to do ANYTHING. Now, it is in the hands of my IHG Rewards credit card. If this is not resolved, it will break a 22-year almost perfect relationship that I have had with IHG, both the card and the hotel chain. I CANNOT believe the way this manager is treating me, and I CANNOT believe that IHG Rewards is powerless against her obstinance. I hope the credit card company fixes this. I CANNOT believe they would want to throw away a 22-year relationship. My next trip though, I can guarantee you at this point, will NOT include a hotel in this chain unless I am at death's door otherwise.

Fine Motel
Reviewed By sk8indelFront desk was friendly, continental breakfast was adequate. Indoor pool was very cold, no fitness room. I found the keycards difficult to open the room with, they work better if you hold them up and down. Easy to park in front of your door and convenient to a gas station. No issues with the room cleanliness, but it did smell a little like smoke.

Reviewed By Departure519585After experiencing plumbing issues at our own home we decided to book a room for the night. We choose Knights Inn because it was reasonably priced and located near us. Allowing us to easily run home as needed to care for our pets. We were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and cozy. I was actually surprised at how comfortable the bed was! The staff were all very nice. If we ever have out of town guests I would not hesitate to recommend to them to stay here.

Gem in a small town
Reviewed By kimberelyFantastic location close to restaurants and other amenities. Free parking in a well lit lot. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Hotel staff is absolutely fabulous. They were friendly and helpful, even when we checked in after midnight. Complimentary hot breakfast. Nice lobby with ample seating. I'm glad we booked at this hotel. Great little town full of nice people.

Uneven renovation, but room was actually better than I expected
Reviewed By dogcanyonWe just needed a place to sleep for about 7 hours, so decided to take a chance on this place. The hallways had new, nice carpet and attractive wall paint, but they had left the circa 1950s cheap "rustic look" wooden doors and beat-up metal doorframes with chips in the paint. The red plastic "No smoking" signs on the doors looked like they had been made in a prison workshop in 1963. I got that "What have I done to myself?" sinking feeling. However, once we opened the door, the situation improved. The room was large and had attractive luxury vinyl tile, a microwave and a small refrigerator. The mattresses were comfortable and had nice linens. The whole room felt extremely clean. The bathroom was small, but also was attractive and clean and had nicer-than-expected towels. If you can get past the depressing interior hallways, this was a good deal for the price. I would stay there again.
