Very relaxing hostel
Reviewed By GreensvillerI love this place. The rooms are very clean and cozy. We were very comfortable here during our stay because the atmosphere here is so relaxing. The color combinations of the rooms are just adorable. And the price is just right. The hand-painted murals are simply beautiful. It gives an ambiance of blissful serenity to the place. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Try their Chinese dimsum. You will definitely love it. I’m coming back here for sure.

Not A Good Choice
Reviewed By Jayson EStayed here a couple of times not because everything is great here, but because Agoda rates are way cheaper than their published rates. That's it! Let me share a couple of things about this accommodation and their services. Pros: * The place has an awesome view of sunrise * Has access to the beach (beware of strong waves sometimes) Cons: * Room rates are way higher than other accommodations in the area. If you want discounted rates, check Agoda * Rooms are very basic even the most expensive one * Food and drinks are very pricey. Serving size is too small for its price and not worth it. (Unfortunately, there's no other nearby resto or food kiosks). Not to mention, they served me a reheated meal one time. Disgusting! * Mosquitoes are all over the place. They don't even know how to deal with that problem. So, just bring any insect repellent lotion instead. Already shared these feedback to the owner/manager but I don't think they are doing any actions to these things. After a couple of visits, you'll see the same issues.

Would recommend for whale sharks
Reviewed By mimim1992This is the best pace to stay in Oslob if you want to see the whale sharks. Obviously these are just basic very small huts with no air conditioning, however they do have electricity and a fan, and you are guaranteed to be the first group out to see the whale sharks at 6am. Wifi worked great, there was a pool table, and staff were lovely. Only downside was that there was no running water in the evening so couldn’t shower/flush toilet etc.

Reviewed By MelGeelongGreat value accommodation in Oslob. Excellent hosts and service. A great breakfast for 100 pesos. Good wifi. A short stroll from town to restaurants and 7eleven. The whale shark tour provided by the hotel was excellent in price and content. They transport you and guide you through the process and will wait with your belongings while you do the snorkel or boat trip. Our room had a balcony, hot water and good air con. Highly recommend

Moderate place to stay for a night
Reviewed By ChhyyeeWe visited Biggis Inn to stay for a night to visit the whale sharks the next morning. 4 of us shared a family room, beds were big to sleep on, but shower was really tiny, with no hot water. Communication was constant with the owners at the inn, who waited for us to arrive at night (9pm). Its a small place, so don't expect fancy stuff at the inn.

Hospitable at it's finest!!
Reviewed By cttp27The staff are beyond this world with their hospitality. Shout out to Margie and Donna (hope i got their names right). Staff have been very helpful, hospitable and kind to us. They go beyond in helping us in everything we need. The accommodation itself is easy to find if you ride the bus from Cebu City just tell the conducter of the bus. Their restaurant is overlooking the sea and right across is Sumilon Island. Vangie's place have their own boats where they will give you discounts going to Sumilon Island if you are a home stay. They will also assist you as a priority for the whale shark diving. No need to queue. The rooms are standard. You have aircondition. The bathrooms are do-able, they are not the greatest kinda small but i guess it's how the establishment is built. Over-all i'm happy with this trip. the only knock down of the stars is that the toilet wasn't very keen. But for the experience I would love to come back

Homey and affordable stay for travellers to Oslob who don’t want to spend big buck$! We’re just 10 minutes away by car from Oslob’s main attraction: swimming with Whale Sharks! Right in the middle of the town, we’re also a stone’s throw away from Oslob’s other attractions: 150+ year old, coral stone Church; idyllic Cuartel Beach & Ruins; Tumalog Waterfalls; Sumilon Island.
Clean and the owner is very friendly
Reviewed By sovathanakIf you are planning to set Oslob as a hub to get to whale shark or (1day-trip) Siquijor, I recommend this hostel. Near the main national road which is easy to catch local buses. By the way, the local buses in Cebu is super accessible.

Gut zum schlafen wenn man zu den Walhaien möchte
Reviewed By 0michisEin ganz einfaches Hotel mit ein paar Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bad und wc. Es ist sauber aber sehr einfach eingerichtet. Wir haben hier eh nur geschlafen damit wir gleich ganz früh zu den Walhaien können. Man läuft nur 5 Minuten dort hin.
