As of the 2010 United States Census, its population was 36,478. It lies inside of the Willamette Valley and is part of the Salem Metropolitan Statistical Area. It was named after brothers Thomas Dove (T. D.) and John Brooks (J. B.) Keizur, two pioneers who arrived in the Wagon Train of 1843, and later filed donation land claims.

While I did not truly expect gourmet food from a fast food restaurant, Panda Express could have done better than this. The food was served in small portions and we had difficulty getting our order across to the staff. Most importantly, though, the food was just straight up awful. It seemed reasonably fresh, but just had no flavor. Go somewhere else for a quick meal.

We've been coming here for years but yesterday was tooooo good not to write a review! We came for raspberries and the flat we purchased was sweet and not a bad berry in the bunch. That meant when we got home a fresh raspberry pie was on my wonderful wife's mind...yummy good. The huge variety of fresh produce is high quality and reasonably priced.Now, before we left we just had to have a milkshake!!!! These are real milkshakes made individually and using the best icecream out there....UMPQUA DAIRY ICECREAM. Made in Oregon no less....in my hometown Roseburg, Oregon. Oh were they good...I had a blackberry made with "blackberry rebel icecream" and with fresh blackberries added...topped off with whip-cream...oh so good! My wife, had a fresh raspberry milkshake and just as good. And the young folks running the stand on Sunday were most friendly and welcoming!!! Highly recommend you make the short trip from Keizer!

My husband and I visited Nuevo Latino and we enjoyed it. You can have coffee and tea. There is also a bakery. They bake their pastries in the back, and all the things look so delicious. We bought some of the pastry and it was very fresh and tasty. My husband also ordered a meal, a Peruvian dish, it was very good! We also enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and the people working there were all very nice.

This was our first visit to a Café Yumm. What a great menu! Not only healthy but such delicious combinations. Their home made sauces are excellent. Prices are surprisingly moderate.
