It is the county seat of Benton County and the principal city of the Corvallis, Oregon Metropolitan Statistical Area, which encompasses all of Benton County. As of the 2010 United States Census, the population was 54,462. Its population was estimated by the Portland Research Center to be 55,298 in 2013. Corvallis is the location of Oregon State University, a large Hewlett-Packard research campus, and Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.

Pretty much the same as the rest of their locations. Adequate quality food. I would rather go to Pastini's. This is a better place to bring kids and groups. Housed in the old Corvallis Train station which was relocated to the River. Good views.

We did not stay at the hotel but were with a group of about 14 people. We went to a nearby establishment who could not accommodate us. We headed across the street & found a new, large bar with a large table that could accommodate us. We ordered several different drinks & were able to socialize casually in a fun atmosphere. The waiter was good & so were the drinks.

Wow. A bistro, that has farm-to-table, and is moderately priced, all with fantastic service - in downtown Corvallis. This seems like the sort of place that you would want, crave, in any neighborhood. As Portlanders, we often think of Restaurants as being only in Portland in the state of Oregon. However Corvallis has proved this wrong yet again. This place, Castor, is fantastic. The farm to table selections are unique, the wine pours are generous and appropriate for the style of food. The food - super creative . . . with some of the best French fries ever! This is a must-visit Corvallis restaurant for sure. Great food. Great service. Great ambiance. What more could you want. Oh, I guess it would be better if Castor was conveniently located in our neighborhood back in Portland. :-)

Went here because the online menu speaks of GF substitutes. When we went there the menu had changed and the only GF option is to wrap it in lettuce. The waitress was mostly clueless. The burger was good (even in lettuce). The tamales had good maiza but the filling was dry and tasteless. The chile was fine but in short supply. The tortilla chips, however, were fresh and delicious. We didnât try the brews.Since we are tourists and this town has much better offerings, we wonât be back.

Went here on a Sunday lunchtime in search of a drink and something to eat, without knowing what to expect. They have an incredible selection of bottled beer from around the world although, curiously, there was nothing from Canada, and many of the better beers from the Pacific Northwest weren't represented. The draught selection is good, but more limited. The emphasis seems to be on high-alcohol-content beers. I had a burger and fries with the meal - the burger was OK, but the fries were soggy and flaccid - they broke when they were picked up.

Just know when go eat here that they only take cash or a check. No credit or debit cards. Having said that, the food was really good, service was good and loved the atmosphere. Itâs a small, casual place. Between us, we had the squirrel burger and the salmon burger. They were both excellent, and so was the pasta salad. prices were great. We will be back!

We were visiting our boys and took them out for Breakfast. The place was very busy. Iâm On the Keto diet and our waiter was more than happy to trade out the hash browns for veggies. They were seasoned w garlic and salt. Very tasty as was my omelet and strips of bacon. I expected bland and boring but received tasty and delicious.Morning,We truly thank you for your feedback and are glad to see you enjoyed your visit to Elmerâs.
