The Diadem City Hotel is a luxury building consisting of 13 accommodation units, 11 suites and 2 rooms It is located on the top of the Studenac commercial building. It is facing a north-south position so that guests can enjoy unbelievable views of the town as it awakens beneath the Omiš rocks or at sunset, as the sun goes down into the blue sea. The concept has been created to give you a perfect holiday in the city filled with adrenaline content. The hotel is halfway between Split and Makarska, in the immediate vicinity of the Central Dalmatian islands of Brač and Hvar as well as the Dalmatian hinterland. Close to the Diadem Hotel is one of the few sandy beaches in Dalmatia, only 5 minutes walk to Camp Galeb. Omiš is a favourite summer destination among many guests because of the sandy beaches, pleasant strolls and suitable for children.

Reviewed By FlickB1977Having just checked out please be aware that most hotels in Croatia now apply a City Tax which is payable on departure, you won't be informed until you leave. Having booked this hotel on the high reviews, my expectations were high, unfortunately only a few were met. Two of the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful and another extremely rude. The rooms decor is accurate as per photos on site but unfortunately cleanliness is not. On the 3rd afternoon I enquired at reception what the structure or routine of the cleaning was and explained that iv found myself having to wipe surfaces throughout etc, the manageress explained that the hotel had changed owners and the previous cleaner had been there since opening but had left along with other staff, the new staff were still finding their feet( at our expense) This showed in many aspects and we've left slightly disappointed. We're just a normal hard working couple who have saved for a holiday and this hotel is being let down by the new owners, once they have ironed out the snags I'm sure it will get back on track but for now I would personally book elsewhere.

We are situated in nice and quiet neighbourhood near center of Omis and beautiful sandy beach. Our apartments are new and fully equipped and we are all time at our guests' disposal. We can arrange for our guests all they wish - rafting, rent a boat, jet ski, trips to beautiful islands...

Ivan and his family make you feel most welcome and are always are available for help and advice. You should come and stay if you want a worry-free and relaxing holiday.

Very convenient location
Reviewed By Caroline CWe stayed in the apartment on the top floor (there are 3 floors). It was nicely presented. The kitchen area is small and the sloping roof can be annoying when accessing the fridge or sitting at the table but this is minor. The location is very central and convenient but we found it a bit noisy at night. Ana met us there and was very welcoming. She gave us the car park ticket so we could park for free (about 100m from the apartment) and she was very flexible about us leaving the car there while we went on a morning trip on the day of our departure. Top tip - bring your own shower gel/shampoo (none provided).

Reviewed By VIV_7432Постоянно останавливаемся ( а это уже 4 лето!). Очень милый и гостеприимный хозяин, может встретить в аэропорту Сплита. Апартаменты не большие, но вы же не едите в Хорватию устраивать в номере вечеринки?! Все есть, кухня, душ, туалет, прекрасный вид на море с балкона. Очень чисто в номере. И главное тихо! 5-7 минут до старого города пешком. Рядом три вида пляжа - песчаный городской, с каменными плитами и с мелкой галькой. Можно приехать на машине, на улице есть место для парковки, что очень важно!

Отличный отдых в отеле
Reviewed By M2493RA_Апартаменты размещены очень близко к морю. В номере есть всё необходимое . Есть кондиционер и wi fi . Очень приятные хозяева. Бесплатная парковка. Рядом есть магазинчики и кафешки. Нам нравится. Пляж отличный.

Reviewed By Ania CWarunki mieszkaniowe bardzo kiepskie - małe klitki, z jednego pokoju zrobione dwa pomieszczenia. Na zdjęciu był balkon. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że balkon jest zabudowany i z niego zrobiona jest kuchnia. Zero słońca w pomieszczeniach. Człowiek te warunki by przeżył, gdyby nie okropni właściciele. Mieszkali w tym samym budynku i czepiali się po prostu wszystkiego: że krzesło stało nie tam, gdzie trzeba; że byliśmy za głośno podczas gry w karty; i najgorsze - że klimatyzacja za mocno chłodzi - jeżeli na dworze było 38 stopni w cieniu, to kazali nam maksymalnie obniżać temperaturę w pokoju o 7 stopni (można się domyślić, że klima nastawiona na 31 stopni nic nie dawała, więc gdy obniżaliśmy temperaturę, to zabrali nam pilota od klimatyzacji i klimy w ogóle nie było). Podczas naszego pobytu inne osoby też miały z właścicielami problem. Porażka!!!. NIE POLECAM!!!
