They are located in the old railway station of Olvera. These apartments offer a different form of stay, sleep in an old car train surrounded by nature. Apartments recreate the carriages of the train which sought to make the journey from the railway Jerez - Almargen in the 19TH century, but which was never performed. Each wagon has a surface area of about 50 square meters and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen (fully equipped) and a small porch. One of them is adapted for people with disabilities. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool of salt water of 11.5 x 5.5 meters long, with artificial turf in your environment. Air conditioning in all areas, free Wi-Fi... The old station of the railroad of Olvera, today is situated right next to the apartments, houses a hotel - restaurant. We also offer discount on the rental of bicycles for the Vía Verde de la Sierra.

Reviewed By Sandra DArrival We were asked to send the time of arrival as the reception was not manned 24hrs. On arrival at 11pm no one there and had to ring to get manager. Room It was spotless, adequate but had to chase for soap n t-rolls. Could never find anyone! Check out We had to wait with the taxi to pay n leave.

Comfortable no-frills modern hotel in attractive hilltop town
Reviewed By amdgriggsGood value modern hotel with simple clean and adequate rooms, very comfortable beds, a good-sized pool (though overlooked by neighbouring properties), friendly staff (helpful in offering us a place to store our bikes overnight), and a straightforward dining room for breakfast. Downsides? - no fresh fruit for breakfast, no croissants (just tostadas), no wifi win bedrooms (though we could get 3G ok. There’s public parking outside though you may have to look around a bit for a space. Olvera’s a lovely picturesque town to visit though, and the hotel’s also very close to a couple of the best restaurants in town.

Delightful place, really welcoming hosts
Reviewed By amdgriggsWe’d been here overnight before and were delighted to be staying two nights this time. Peter and Sherri were as thoughtful as ever (saving a parking space for us, giving us somewhere to store our bikes, covering them for us when it rained, giving us lots of suggestions about places to eat) and their house itself is a treasure trove of objects and pictures they’ve collected. They’ve renovated the house beautifully and it’s a very stylish place to stay. Really comfortable too - the bed in the big front room is divine - there’s tea & coffee-making facilities and an honesty bar for drinks and snacks, and they do a very good breakfast. They’re also really well-located for exploring the old town, as we did on the first day, and it’s easy to get from them to the old Olvera station and the start of the Via Verde. We’ve recommended their B&B to friends already and will be carrying on doing so. And thanks so much for having us again - and the cava for Jenny’s belated birthday. So thoughtful of you.

Our bungalows are the ideal place to relax, disconnect from the daily life and enjoy nature. We have cabins with a capacity of up to 5 persons.

Reviewed By albie13What a beautiful site, we were on top of the Sierra Nevada mountains with 360 degree panoramic breathtaking views. It was a piece of heaven on earth. Olvera is worth going to it’s a lovely village with the cycle path on the Via Verde where you can see the Vultures. There are some very steep hills, especially to and from the Via Verde cycle path but worth it. Saw some amazing sunsets. The only criticism is that the showers in the top block didn’t have a dividing wall so you had to shower, get dried and dressed in the wet area. But the positives outweighed this negative. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely come again.

Fine for a night but wouldn't seek it out...
Reviewed By CitizensWe stayed here for one night. As we came and went throughout the day & evening it felt like we were intruding as you need to walk by the family living/dining area. The host was very nice but it was all a bit too much! There is no breakfast option.
