Pretty awesome hotel, really sad to have to leave.
Reviewed By China451As everyone knows a bad hotel can ruin the whole trip. We chose this hotel because the reviews on all of the other hotels in the area were pretty bad. This one received consistently high marks. Since it was about double the price of the other hotels we had been staying in our expectations were set pretty high. I liked the hotel so much I didn't want to leave. We were in a king size room and if I were traveling for business it would have been perfect just based on how it is appointed. I especially liked the computer love-seat with table for your laptop. It was just a very comfortable room. Water was hot, it smelled clean, no bugs and the breakfast wasn't over the top but for a hotel in this class it was quite good. The staff was kind of robotic but still very helpful. The Waffle-house down the street was closed but we checked out the Wendy's instead. The whole Wendy's experience didn't really jazz me but that's off topic. Long and short this hotel really needs no review it just stands out as one of the best in this area.

Good for an Overnight Stay
Reviewed By RarheadStayed here overnight after attending a local concert. Our room seemed a little smaller than most Holiday Inn Express Rooms we had stayed in but was comfortable. Pros: Hotel staff we encountered were great and check-in was a breeze. The parking area, lobby and commons areas were well kept. The breakfast was good and was well stocked with choices. Cons: Bathroom could have been cleaner - Tub and shower head were dirty. Coffee maker had not been cleaned out.

Breakfast in a.m. was good....Hot waffles, eggs, ect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just didn't like the room issues. Hope they fix. No tub in room, which was different....stand up shower. Nice. Also, fridge and microwave....pool and workout room

Reviewed By dhert2022While passing through on a family trip we needed a place to stay and stopped of here on our way through. We got in and noticed the room seemed and bit dirty, but we pretty much went straight to bed and the next morning realized how dirty it was with mold spores in the bathroom and a live roach in the bathroom. Dirty walls and the curtain had what looked like mold but was told by staff it was wax. I would not recommend.

Absolutely disgusting room and terrible customer service
Reviewed By joesX1326ZPThis room was absolutely disgusting. We found a knife on the floor. Pubic hair in the bed. Ashes in the drawers. Dirt behind the bathroom door. Stains and holes in the sheets. SEE PICTURES. When we checked in. They ran our card. Then hours later, they called the room. Told us that the charge never went through, that we had to come run the card again. The next morning we checked. We had been charged twice. We went to the font desk, where they said " they were expecting us". It had come up in their system that the first charge went through after they charged us the second time, and that we would be refunded. Upon checking out. It had not been refunded. They told us despite our bank account showing two charges that we weren't charged twice, and that the other employee didn't know what she was talking about. Then proceeded to yell at us when we tried to show the two charges that we were wrong, and so was the other employee. This place looks great from the outside, but it is absolutely disgusting and the staff is absolutely worthless. Especially Cindy k. At the front desk. Zero stars, not only would I not use this place again to visit our son in the military, but I would recommend that the health department shut it down!!
