Service was stupendous... fast, efficient and courteous. Prices were awesome...way less than what they could be. But the food?... it was truly just ok...nothing special at all. And watch those gigantic potholes in their driveway. They should give you hazard pay for getting around

I suppose if you are a regular here you would not think it odd however coming in and not knowing what to expect, we were a little lost as to what we should do. You have to pick up the phone to order and then someone will bring drinks. It was almost self serve. Food was okay but nothing spectacular. The place was old, or should I say nostalgic. Thank you for stopping by, 471gretab! I was sorry to hear the food and service were only OK, as I certainly work to keep a much higher level. The phone order system can be a bit 'quirky' but it is one of the original features from when the place first opened in 1969! We have added signage to help newcomers with the phone system, so I hope that helped. Again, I appreciate your business and hope we will improve to meet expectations on your return. Thank you!

How fun to find two of my favorite breakfast spots paired! I wish they would bring that combo to my town. Though it's not on the freeway we hunted this spot down on a Sunday Morning while crossing North Dakota. It was very busy but had a happy atmosphere of people enjoying the morning and each other. I had a toasted bagel with cream cheese and my husband had a breakfast sandwich. We were both happy.

We went for lunch. There method of ordering if at the counter and then they bring your food out. None of us had been there before and the menu has some confusing words and offerings. It would have been better to have been seated with a waitress to help answer all our questions. Everything we ordered was very tasty and good portion size. We all wanted ice water but they only have water out of a weird faucet type thing. No ice. In the back part of the building is a wine bar. We are planning on trying that some evening after work.

Best to visit while they are their making sandwiches so you have more choices, but the take out is almost as good and is available whenever you stop. They have banana bread and cups of cut fruit too. Stop often and am never disappointed.
