I am so in love with this place. Their portions are generous, and all of their ingredients are flavorful (I can never go back to Chipotle). Swift, excellent service. Free wifi and they make you feel at home. It will make you fall in love with burritos all over again. Get the supreme chimichanga and a side of queso for your chips and you will not regret it.

We used to visit Margaret's Cantina and forgot about it. Glad we remembered!White sangria. Crisp and refreshing, not overly sweet like most places. Solid guac, enchiladas, and burritos. Awesome tamales. Home-made sauces.Glad we rediscovered this place.

The restaurant was in suite 211 but it closed and the building was demolished when the strip mall was renovated. The renovation is complete and Guanajuato has reopened back in the corner in suite 205 where the hardware store used to be. It was late on a Friday night on my way home from golfing in Pinehurst and most restaurants we closed. We were was quickly seated and the chips and salsa appeared almost immediately. The chips were crisp and not too salty. I got the three way combination plate with beef taco, chicken and cheese enchiladas, Mexican rice, and refried beans. The food came quickly and was very hot, portions were huge, and it was great. Unfortunately, while I waited for the food to cool enough to eat, the taco got very soggy so I ate it as a taco salad. (I need to ask for a separate plate for the taco in the future).

Why would you not have prices on your drink menu? Don't customers want to know what they are paying for what they order? Complained about it last year when the wrong size margarita showed up and we were overcharged. Nothing has changed. Why the lack of transparency? Wait staff which is good, say it is a decision of the management and that there is nothing they can do about it. Food is and service is OK; however, I will not be back.

We were visiting my son in NC and he wanted to take us here for dinner. I ordered the salmon with curry sauce and it was delicious! We also tried the empanadas which were also very good. Our server was very attentive. I really can not think of one negative thing to say except I wish we had one of these restaurants in New Jersey!

Before going to a Sunday matinee at the Silverpoint movie theater next door, we popped in here for some tacos. My friend who lives nearby had been wanting to try this place for awhile but it was always too busy for her to get a table. I called ahead and reserved for us, but luckily it wasnât too busy when we arrivedâ so no problem getting a good seat! We had a terrific server, Bogden who was super friendly (as was nearly everyone we encountered) I enjoyed a local cider and my friend requested a custom concoction of their lemonade with vodka. We made a selection of 5 of their different tacos; Shrimp, pulled pork, Carne Asada, swordfish and Baja Fish. All were delicious with really fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. 3 tacos each plus their outstanding guacamole and a side of the spicy cucumber salad, was more than enough. Fun place for any kind of casual dining. Comfortable earthy interior design. My only (very minor) complaint was the musicâ too generic sounding...could be more fun, to match the level of food and atmosphere.

We stopped in chapel hill for a college visit. Needed some good tasty flavorful food, and this hole in the wall place on the highway fit the bill completely. Itâs filled with locals which is always a good thing. We had the guacamole and enchiladas suiza. Very tasty and made spicy as ordered. Staff very friendly, prices as great. A must visit if looking for Mexican food in the area.
