Salisbury (/ˈsɔːlzbəri/ SAWLZ-bə-ree) is a city in North Carolina and the county seat of Rowan County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 33,663 in the 2010 Census (growing 27.8% from the previous Census in 2000). Salisbury is the home to famed North Carolina soft drink, Cheerwine, regional supermarket Food Lion, and the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association. It is one of only two cities in North Carolina to have gigabit capacity through its municipally-owned broadband system Fibrant. A press conference held September 3, 2015 at Catawba College announced Salisbury's Fibrant system is now capable of 10 gigabit capacity town-wide; believed to be the only town owned system in the world with this capacity.

This restaurant only takes cash, which puts it at a disadvantage in my book. Second, food was just so-so. We ordered Beef Pepper Steak, General Tso's Chicken and Chicken and Mushroom. Two came with fried rice, egg rolls and egg drop soup, mine came with white rice, egg roll and hot and sour soup. My son said his egg drop soup was good -- much better than the General Tso's which he only picked at. Apparently, the chicken was full of gristle. Gross! My chicken and mushroom dish was good, although the egg roll seemed to be full of stringy cabbage and not much else. The hot and sour soup was way below par. My husband liked the beef pepper steak OK, but none of us raved about our meals. All in all, it was disappointing. We won't be back.

Excellent Chinese food with healthy menu options. I visited Top China after overhearing people at my hotel discussing how good their food was. While out I visited Top China. Very friendly staff helped me order. They will make anything to order. I will be back for business next month and go back for dinner.

We came from Scotland to Salisbury to visit friends and on both nights we had Chinese for dinner it was so good and the young girl who served us both nights was lovely see you next time.
