Our group of 10 had a hard time communicating because of the rather noisy atmosphere...we even had a time hearing the waitperson who spoke with a slight accent and was extremely prompt, courteous, and accommodating. The food was okay...the spinach salad was very tasty. However, our rib eye was sent back because of large amount of grizzle and fat. The manager was super apologetic and served us a gratis replacement...good form. A confession...my wife is an excellent (nay, outstanding) cook so my perspective is somewhat biased.Chuck - Thank you for taking the time to write about your recent experience at our Morrisville location. We are happy to hear you enjoyed our service, yet disappointed you did not experience the food quality we aim for initially along with a disappointing noise level. Firebirds has successfully grown because it was founded on, and continues to live by, the highest of standards, and when we fail to exceed the expectations of our guests, it is imperative that we take appropriate corrective measures. Ordered a cheeseburger cooked medium. It came out with the juices soaking through the bun and onto my sides. When I cut it in half I noticed the center was cold and completely raw ground beef. The staff brought out a new one and the waitress said it would be removed from the bill. The manager instead came up later and offered free dessert. We declined and wanted the original offer of the burger being completely taken off. After some light arguing with the manager she agreed to remove it from the bill. We spent almost 2 hours here waiting for raw food then the replacement food then our bill to be adjusted. Good zucchini chips though. That's their redeeming quality.I am very disappointed to hear about your experience and we are always concerned if you did not like your food order. This restaurant is in the Park West Village area of Morrisville. Itâs next to the movie theater and across from the common area one with several other restaurants. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor dining and, even though it was a warm evening, the fans kept a nice breeze and was comfortable. There was a musician playing in the commons and you can enjoy the music from the outdoor seating. Service was great, and the menu has some unique offerings. I had a turkey burger with Brie, bacon and pickles. Excellent! In addition to the traditional sides of fries and chips, they offer coleslaw and fresh fruit. The fruit was very good. Parking is close too! Thank you so much for the love and the stars! We are looking forward to wowing you again soon!

Tried this place on a recommendation and short walk from the Hampton Inn hotel. We were all pleased with the service, prices and food. Must have the corn-pepper-cheese-poppers, these were an instant hit for an appetizer! Good ribs, wings and chicken. The only small complaint we had was the brisket was too lean/dry, but good flavor.

We recently picked this restaurant favorite for dinner with friends to celebrate an anniversary. While we weren't in a hurry, and were glad to have a leisurely dinner, this time it was a bit to much. Almost 31/2 hours. Our server was Robert who seemed like a nice guy. I don't know if he had too many tables (it was very busy the night we were there) or he just wasn't that attentive. We had to ask twice for black napkins and it took over twenty minutes to finally get them. Our drink order was slow and the steaks were just not as good as usual. Mine was under cooked and very tough. Two others at the table had to send theirs back, one over cooked and one under cooked. We had bananas foster for eight but one person didn't want theirs. Instead of leaving it on the table he took it away. We have always enjoyed Rey's but may give it awhile before we go back. Perhaps they are riding on their popularity and not getting as good of meat as they historically have.

Daughter & son-in-law & I enjoyed a great meal here. I choose the delicious grilled salmon (very moist) & mashed sweet potatoes. Daughter picked the trout & son-in-law had the Jumbalia. Good service & nice atmosphere. Highly recomend this place.
