I could tell that she cares about the experience of each guest. All of the rooms in the hotel were booked, the phone was ringing, and I could tell they were very busy. Even though they were busy, the staff remained pleasant and courteous, the room is very clean, and even although I just checked in, I feel very comfortable writing this review at the beginning of my stay.

The Crowne Plaza North Augusta is a new build hotel opening in 2019 featuring the latest modern design for our guest comfort and productivity. Pleasant surprise
Reviewed By William WThis was our first time staying at an inn and was also our first trip to North Augusta. I had originally booked for one night, but due to a change of plans, we were able to stay an extra night. I called to extend my stay a couple of day prior to arrival and the staff handled my request professionally and was able to accommodate my extended stay without us having to change rooms. Check-in was easy and the lady that checked us in walked us to our room and gave us information about the inn while she walked us to our room. The room and bathroom had plenty of room for us and was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching fireworks on Memorial Day weekend. The inn is close to several downtown restaurants and to Augusta. If our travels take us back to the North Augusta area, we will definitely return to the Lookaway Inn.

Reviewed By islandlover101This place is horrible, don't stay here. It is very dirty and even though they say they don't allow pets, the first room I was assigned smelled of animal poo an urine. The carpet was stained and saturated with it. I went back downstairs and told them refused to stay in that room. They gave me another room it was not as bad smelling but still very dirty. Don't bother staying, go somewhere else.
