Reviewed By Nikki RIf you are visiting with small children I would suggest finding another hotel. Nice hotel and staff; however, walls are super thin. You can see light coming in from the hallway around the door and sound easily travels. Whenever the baby would cry we received a noise complaint. Air is motion controlled, so spent all night waking up and waving so the room would cool off.

Do not continuously say "unfortunately I can't help you tonight" Its the managers off day and we are full. The room appeared clean but once we started moving around; things became a little frustrating. It took an entire week to receive a refund and when I eventually spoke to a manager they too seemed unconcerned. The best service I was given was when I actually spoke to a CSR over the phone..

Reviewed By msterrim8Workers are nice, easy check in, clean lobby and hallways. I didn't experience breakfast so I cannot leave a comment. Now! The room is clean and comfortable but it shows housekeeping is not doing their job. Behind bed on bottom mattress dirt everywhere view photos the AC unit is nasty and the headboard was not clean. Every travel I bring my own sheets and pillows cases and packs of lysol wipes. I use the wipes on all handles and wipe down phone and headboard. The headboard was dirty. But other then this it was a comfortable stay. Managers please have a meeting with housekeeping and retrain them on cleaning.

Very clean and quiet stay
Reviewed By CountyCopperVery clean hotel. Every time I looked, staff were cleaning or wiping down something. The free breakfast was well stocked and good each morning. The Wi-Fi worked well. The only issue I had was that the maid staff didn't tend to the room daily, but I understand why due to Covid. I only wished the trash would have been taken from the room as it tended to build up after a few days. I could have called for room service but didn't and that's on me, not the hotel. I would without a doubt stay here again if ever in the area.

Reviewed By mosesn551The building is so well built that I believe they have sound prove the walls so you don't hear the noise from room next to your room. I believe is a typhoon proof building. The price is reasonable for the location. Area is well lit at night so you feel safe walking about at night. Talking about breakfast. They have some awesome sausage and fresh produce such as apples and banana. Rooms are no smoking which is great for there are no smoke smell in the rooms. I have been coming regularly to spend 3 or 4 night a week. If you ever around Niceville area and need a place to stay I strongly recommend this place.

Highly recommend if your looking for top notch place to stay in Niceville, Florida and very convenient to Ft. Walton / Destin area. The staff is extremely friendly and super helpful too!
