Mt. Fuji is in a strip mall just outside of the town of Amsterdam NY. If you didnât know it was there you might miss it. But that changes once you are inside. Comfortable modern-ish decor in the front and a series of hibachi tables in the back. We were a party of twelve. Wait staff were attentive and helpful, the chef was clever and his food was terrific. Party of 12 served entertained and served efficiently. We all had sushi and different hibachi choices. Great and fun. Iâve already made plans to go back. By the way, very reasonable priced, and busy too.

Our family's main takeout joint for Chinese food. A few tables for those that want to eat in but no table service. From phone call to pickup is never more than 15 minutes regardless of the size of the order. All made fresh to order, never MSG and great flavor in all the favorites. From fried wonton to combos to spare rib to General Tso's chicken, they make it all good. Reasonably priced and conveniently located, you can't go wrong.

The sushi is very good especially for buffet sushi. But the take out options are very confusing. A sit down buffet includes sushi, but if u want to take out sushi you have to pay for it individually on top of the buffet take out price. For dinner they also charge extra for each plate of crab legs you eat which is pretty unheard of anywhere else I have been. The food is good and it's close to home. I just wish they would be a little more clear on their instructions instead of scolding people in front of the restaurant that they one or 2 pieces of sushi in their take out box.
