This Pizza Hut is a bit smaller than most. They have booths against the walls and tables in the open floor area. I would say that the atmosphere is a bit off compared to most other sit-down Pizza Huts, but not by much. This is still an decent place to sit down, and the service was courteous and attentive. My wife and I both had the $7.99 "All You Can Eat Lunch" - an excellent deal! I added a diet cola (I forget if it was Coke or Pepsi, and I forget the price). The lunch buffet consisted of salad, several different types of pizzas, bread sticks and an apple tart dessert. The food was pretty much as good as your average Pizza Hut, and we both enjoyed out lunches. We certainly can't complain for $7.99!

I just finished my second stay at the RIT Inn and Conference Center. In both circumstances, I ate at the hotel's restaurant. On this visit, I found the staff un-involved, uninterested and unconcerned. The wait staff did not behave as waitstaff in a typical restaurant. One orders at the counter, prepays and the food is brought to the table. In this situation, after the food was delivered, the waitstaff gathered around the cook station - which is visible for all to see. There must have been 5 wait staff and two cooks all talking without scanning the dining room to see if customers had any needs. Rather, the waitstaff's conversation was loud enough for all to hear included the word 'friggin' which I find unprofessional. Shame on you. People are watching because they are waiting for their meals. This staff should be moving about the dining room and behaving like real waitresses and waiters. Not true here. There is a culture here that needs to be changed. If that culture could be changed, it might actually affect tips. PS, my chicken parm had absolutely no flavor. Also, the pasta was well beyond al dante.

This place is a "field of dining dreams." Go! You won't be disappointed. We've been there two times this year, and twice in 2015 when traveling to Henrietta for a college hockey showcase with my daughter, and I only wish we could take this restaurant home with us and park it in my hometown. Looking for outstanding Italian food? Check. Warm greeting upon arrival? Check. Exceptional service? Check! We were fortunate to have two waitresses that in my opinion, are standard bearers in the industry and could work anywhere: Phoebe and Alyssa. Ask for them and these will indeed be Better Days! Joy, joy, joy of a dining experience!

We love this place. Had the sausage Rigatoni tonight, and added the unlimited soup for $2.50.Unlimited lobster bisque for $2.50?Oh yeah. We had wine, no desert, and we all added soup or salad. $86. For 3, before tip. My only small complaint, the only reason it's not a 5, my asparagus was prepped by a rookie, the ends of the stalks should always be trimmed an inch ot two, and none were. Sloppy. But everything else was good. If you have Not been before, you will enjoy. All the entrees are good.Easy to find, sufficient parking.

Went there with my girlfriend. We started with drinks; Sangria for her, house red wine for me and both drinks were very good. Then we both had the ribeye steak, her's was medium well and my was rare. They were both cooked and seasoned perfectly. We finished with tiramisu which was also excellent. We had great service and food and a wonderful time as we do every time we go there, which is once or twice a month.

This is a popular restaurant and it's easy to tell why. Meals are prepared with fresh ingredients and cover the usual Italian-American favorites, as well as other less commonly offered entrées. The waitstaff is knowledgeable and generally eager to ensure the best dining experience possible. The décor is nothing special, but one forgets about that once one has tasted the food. I would recommend having a reservation, as this place fills up quickly.
