A great place for breakfast- check out the specials since it includes coffee. Portions are generous and the staff is cheerful and courteous. It has a small town diner feel which is great. Short walk to the train station and Main Street. Remains a favorite feel good place for home style food.

You know a diner is going to be good when you see police cars in the parking lot. Took my son there for very early breakfast after picking him up at metropark. Itâs a family diner and it shows. Very homey, not all slick with mirrors. My son had his first Benedict and the glory of hollandaise sauce was noted. I had SOS aka chipped beef on toast. Both were very good as was the coffee. Will definitely be back.

The food is well prepared and tasty. The corned beef hash is freshly made and not greasy. Try the âa little bit of everything â eggs sausage bacon and pancakes. Coffee is included with the specials. Staff is friendly and service fast. The place is huge and has a bar. The decor is geared towards aviation thus Skylark. One of the better diners in NJ.

I was up in Edison New Jersey on business for meetings and when it was time for lunch I decided to go to the "Menlo Park Diner" as I have been to this diner before in the past. When I arrived the place was busy and instead of getting a table because I was alone I decided to sit up at the counter. I looked at their impressive menu and the waitress who took care of me was professional, polite and really knew what she was doing.I had ordered a cheese burger platter and coffee to go with it. The coffee was excellent and I could tell they used high quality coffee for sure. When my order came out everything looked delicious and was made exactly the way I wanted it. The coffee was so good I drank 3 cups of it with my meal.I highly recommend the "Menlo Park Diner" to everyone who is looking for great food, great coffee and great service for sure.Thank you again "Menlo Park Diner" for another pleasant experience and another great meal and keep up the great work...!
