The Foundry is an interesting spot along the river in Manchester, with an inviting decor and lovely outdoor seating in good weather. The drink menu offers many beers, interesting cocktails, and a decent wine list. Our server was very friendly and engaging, bringing samples of red wines to our table for the member of our party who could not make up her mind. The appetizer menu is quite extensive and intriguing, making The Foundry a great place to go for drinks and heavy appetizers. The dinner menu runs the gamut from salads, sandwiches, to an interesting array of entrees, including steaks, duck, seafood, pasta, and risotto. There is definitely something on the menu for everyone. Reservations are accepted. I will be back!

The food is excellent, with most of the items being fresh and made in house. My favorite are the soups and burgers. A wide variety of items are offered on the menu. Great sized portions. If you're in the area of Weare New Hampshire not far from Goffstown, stop in at The Stark House Tavern on route 114. A rustic Pub with a bar and a small outside deck. The chicken wings were one of the finalists in a contest a few years ago. They offer at least 8 different flavors of wings, the winner is "Triple Play Wings" combination of Barbecue, sweet chili and garlic. These are crispy, charred just right and full of savory tangy flavor. They also offer fresh hand cut French fries, a great Chilli dish, and a variety of burgers, deli sandwiches and specials. Best wings around, and the pulled pork is excellent.

First impression is of homey wood and brick decor, immediately followed by outstanding warmth and efficiency of the staff. Dani, our server, was the most efficient, swift, accommodating person youll ever find. All with a genuine smile. The food is outstanding. I had the Aspargus panzanella salad, followed by the most succulent scallop and shrimp dish, perfectly cooked. Everything served piping hot. My husband is very fussy and a bit critical. He loved everything. The Creme brulee with fresh berries and a bit of homemade whipped cream, was the perfect ending. A huge plus was the fact that, even with the restaurant being almost full, we conversed in a soft tone of voice. It was such a pleasure , not to be disturbed by noisey crowds of diners. The spacing of the seating was excellent. Noone is crowded. And then, the owner, Michael, spoke with us, happy to learn how pleased we were with every aspect of our experience. It was onky supposed to be a quick dinner, then back to our hotel, but it turned into an unforgettable delicious, and friendly, warm dinner. This is a return visit to Sliders as we live not far away in New Boston. We dropped in for an early dinner and to take advantage of their Thursday Only Prime Rib Special Menu Item.We started with a nice hoppy IPA draft pint along with an appetizer of plain fried Chicken Wings. My wife ordered a slider platter of Chicken Parm with Fries and I ordered the Prime Rib special with Fries instead of Mashed Potato and steamed Broccoli. I also added a Caesar Salad at a reduced price to my entree. The Chicken Parm sliders were large and delicious according to my wife but too much to finish (so we had the remainder the next day for an excellent lunch). The Prime Rib was perfect as ordered at Medium Rare and jut the right size for my large appetite. We passed on dessert this evening as my wife had a dessert already prepared at home.Sliders is a cozy modern restaurant with a comfortable tables, most with a nice view of the Piscataquog River flowing behind the restaurant. The Service Staff i very good, being attentive but not bothersome. A great extra touch is a quick visit by the owner to personally ensure that the meal has been better than expected.Without doubt, we are now making Sliders a monthly regular meal stop. You will not be disappointed if you give Sliders a try on a pleasant drive out Route 13 on a late afternoon Monadock Region drive.Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. KCs is a local favorite specializing in ribs, pulled pork and monstrous burgers. The food is delicious and you are provided with enormous servings with a variety of sauces in a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend the ribs and their pasta salad, along with their jalapeño margarita.

I had great expectation when I saw lots of luxury cars parked outside the restaurant. Yet the food supplied there was just so so but expensive. The surroundings is nice and service good. But the most important thing for a restaurant is to be its food.
