Actvivities can be co-ordinated for your function. It also incorporates post office and convenience store services.

Reviewed By BeermuntThese guys helped us in a flash, provided baby cot and high chair without hassel. The place is really clean, staff at the general are all so friendly. I love the beautiful cleaning and bathroom products throughout the place. Sharp knives and decent cooking equipment in the kitchen. Location is fantastic for families, 20meters from Big D and free alpine shittle at the doorstep. Just great I know where I'll be staying at Hotham from now on.

Perfect location
Reviewed By Mel CWe have stayed at White Crystal over 5 different ski seasons. Initially with our 2 children, but last week as a couple. Therefore have had 2 bedroom, one bedroom and this trip a studio apartment. All have been equally well maintained and comfortable. Lockable ski lockers down stairs and drying cupboards in the apartment. The location could not be better or more convenient being part of the Hotham central building. Reception staff friendly and helpful. You can pull up directly out the front to unload and load your car. Fabulous new restaurant and bar called Miss Mary located directly downstairs. Fabulous views from every apartment. We will be back next season.

A good location with a non-existent customer service and a flight of stairs
Reviewed By iyad9We booked their biggest accommodation on the 5th of July 2021. After carrying all our luggage on possibly the most challenging flight of stairs in Mt Hotham, we were welcomed to a rather untidy, definitely not covid-cleaned accommodation, with saggy mattresses and old, raggedy linens. The room and hotel itself were not well maintained and no customer service to speak with prior to our stay. I suggest book elsewhere when in Mt Hotham. Don't make this your last resort even if it's available like we did. Our friends in another accommodation paid less for a much better accommodation.

Beautiful place to stay
Reviewed By HarrystravelsWe have just stayed at Tanderra with our family of 5 and only have positive feedback to give. The facilities are fantastic and the bus stop is right out the front. The lodge is a friendly, clean and convenient place for families to stay on the mountain. It is also has overnight and day paddling close by.

Great position
Reviewed By Grant B8 of us stayed here in a 2 bedroom unit -room 3. Perfect position at the top of Mt Hotham close to the ski lifts and restaurants/pubs. The unit is well fitted out with very comfortable beds and plenty of blankets. Lots of utensils in the kitchen, full sized fridge and dishwasher. But quite expensive. A few things need repairs, such as the bathroom door and the door to the balcony does not lock. Fantastic views over the valley. Nice and warm as well. No wifi was disappointing for the price.
